I had placed an order with this company Nov 30,2020 when they was having there $5 sale on any single product. The advertisement even mentioned “Stock up on how many items you Like”. So durning the time I placed an order for 10 serums. Not only did it take the company near two months to deliver my items, customer service told me that durning my purchase it was only supposed to be three per transaction. Which was completely a LIE. I even sent back proof of there own advertisement and sent proof of many Facebook reviews from people who stocked up durning the sale.

Not only this company took my money they also took products out of my order and told me they will only send me 3 serums instead of the 10 serums I had placed to be purchase. Durning my purchase Canvas was giving a free product with any purchase of $50 and more. My order came to $50 plus $10 shipping and handling, so that right there was enough proof being I had the free product apart of my order.

I sent over 11emails And no response after that. I keep getting emails of all different types of sales there having and surprisingly I received another email stating Canvas is having a sale for each single product for $10 each and that advertisement even stated “Stock Up on How Many you Like” I really hope this company goes through a lawsuit for false advertisement, and very poor customer service. Why keep taking people money without solving problems with existing customers. Yes I agree this company is a Big Scam, for them to just take apart if my order and Clearly LIE to me about my own order is very shameful on there own. Products still in stock but refuse to sale to me smh. No matter how much proof I send this company through email They do Not Respond.

If I could give this company a negative, it would be a -10 !!!! Do not do it ... This product took me and my male friend hair out so bad 😑 ..... I bought all the products. I Agree with @chedeline decius . I usually don’t leave reviews, but please don’t do it !!!!! If you go back , I loved the product when I first got it . After about a month all my hair came out 😕 Literally Everything!!!!!

This product is horrible I never had a product that made my hair fall out so bad nor made my scalp bumpy and hard I have to seek a doctor at this point because I cannot take the itching Nd sore pain on my scalp I will be speaking to a lawyer about this once I get my result back from the doctors I’m
So disappointed I bought every single one of their products in bundles I know I was not bugging when I notice my scalp was change

I ordered the secret Santa blossom bundle and the serum, I received the Santa blossom bundle and did not received the serum. It says delivered together on my email. I sent emailed and the respond I got is "to contact the post office", very disappointed and will never buy product from them. Poor customer service.

I tired there products Shipping takes forever. I didn’t see no growth and the shampoo made my hair dry and break off also shedded a lot

I can say that I order the canvass beauty oil it only took two weeks my order was here when I email them they responded back to me use your own experience with canvass beauty it’s sad we give our own people a bad review. I am going to start using it Sunday then I will give my revi on the product keep up the good work May god continue to bless you abundantly.

I am extremely disappointed I ordered it takes them two months for my order to arrive and then I open my box after two months of waiting excited open my box I didn’t get half of what I ordered I called I emailed Instagram Facebook I have gotten no response so for I would not recommend this company to anyone that I know very very sad that the experience was horrible and very dissatisfying and box was over $150 and products that were supposed to be in the box was it so how can I experience if I don’t have the product to do so so frustrating and really wrong for no one reaching out or getting back to me so the have products that was sent didn’t even match what I ordered still sitting in a box ready to be sent back to your company and my big refund in full

I've been waiting for my order for 12 days. It's still in the "shipping label" status. Nothing has been sent!

This company should be more professional than this. They don't even respond to emails. When they do, it's just a generated response and it takes forever to get that. Very unprofessional.

By the way, there's a plethora of customers who have issues with the shipping and/or the company not responding to emails. Not to mention that "F" on BBB for this mess.

My hair was growing great, then I started using this products and my hair started falling out. Now I have bald stops all over my head!!! It takes a long time for my hair to grow and now I have these bald spots all over my head!!! I thought that this product would boost my hair growth. This is just horrible.

I ordered this Hair blossom serum back in July and it took over a month before I received it. So I complained then a week later I received the product and a few weeks later I got another one. At this point I was already disappointed because it took so long for me to receive the first order. I started using the product for I would say the next three weeks and still I noticed nothing. But what I did notice is at the bottom of the bottle if you hold it upside down there is a residue thick residue so I’m not sure what they put in this oil but I don’t think that is as natural as they say it is.

I ordered the product. My hair has fallen out and my scalp is bumpy.. I am not pleased and after reading the other reviews; I will not seek refund. The edge control was not good either.. I wasted the money.. I should have stuck with my hair vitamins and castor oil.

I was excited to purchase these products because I saw the wonderful reviews written by persons who said they tried them. I ordered the whole package. When I first used the shampoo, conditioner and blossom, I noticed my hair started clamming up and pulling out, I thought it was just my mind, so I tried it again... the same thing happened only worse. I couldn't believe it. I am not sure what is going on here. I have even been using the oil, and it's doing the same thing. Is it just my hair because there were all these claimed successful stories????? Is this a scam????

It took months for my order to arrive. In fact the only reason I got my order was because I had put my phone number down with my delivery address, which was lucky, as the post office was able to call me and get my address as the company only put my name, country and phone number on the parcel which was weird. The postal lady said I wouldn't have got it, except for that. The serum smells really strong and spicy and also has a spicy super sticky feel. Don't like the feel at all. Waiting for hair to dry so hopefully works better than it feels. The leave in deep conditioner has only made my hair more brittle, didn't moisturize it at all. So definitely wont be using it again. Was disappointed as Facebook showed amazing reviews :/

Hello, this product, is FAB I'm the UK my hair gone from Shoulder Length to Bra Strap in the space of 1 & 3 weeks next step is tail pass my back then Tail Bone I will referring my friend to BULK by soon the only thing is TAXES so from anyone from overseas I will encourage to BY BULK BUY its worth it!!! I made a purchase for the hair serum, it was 35.00. This company charged me for shampoo and conditioner that i didn't purchase and then charged me an additional 24.00 for no reason no product or anything. My total was 81.00. This company is a SCAM. It's sad that when u try to support BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES U GET SCAMMED. Never again will i purchase anything from those liars. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I love these products. I have the serum, the follicle booster, shampoo, conditioner, and deep conditioner. I love the way they make my hair feel and it WORKS! These bad reviews are crazy. I haven't had one problem and I've ordered from them multiple times and recieved my order in a timely manner. So glad I found this company

My Experience
I initially placed an order on 5/15/2020. I received my tracking code on 5/18/2020, however, there was no updated movement on the package after over 1 month. On 6/18/2020, I reached out because after checking tracking updates, there was no progress and only a shipment label had been created. I understood the pandemic caused some delays with mail sometimes; however, if USPS, Fed Ex, Amazon, UPS, etc. are still completing deliveries in a timely manner, there was no excuse in my opinion. Personally, I believe they were out of stock on a lot of products and needed people to continue ordering, in order to produce products and fund the resources to fill orders. I also noticed they put a lot of effort, money, and time into the; branding, commercials, ads, photo shoots, etc. This, leaving less money to put into the resources to create products and fill orders. I ended up disputing with my bank, not as fraud, but stating how the package has not arrived and provided proof that the product wasn’t shipped from consumer to USPS yet. I also showed emails of me asking for a refund after reaching out to customer service. They refused even though item was still not even shipped. I was able to keep my same bank card and everything through the dispute! I didn’t claim fraud or anything other than after over a month, product didn’t arrive and I reached out to consumer 1st to resolve. CONSUMER STILL HAD PRODUCT LOL! After all of this....I gave Consumer and product a 2nd chance. I made another order in September, ordering the serum. Order arrived in 6 days. I can honestly say my hair became healthier after just 1 week of use. 80% less shedding and began to see hair budding in tiny bald spot in front of hair line. My sides were thinning and there was a noticeable difference in thickness and growth, across the board, after 2 weeks of use. I ordered the follicle booster, shampoo, & conditioner set, 4 days after the serum. 2nd Order arrived in 8 days. Products smelled nice and left my hair feeling nice, soft, and healthy. I attempted to order a 3rd order (deep conditioner, & another serum). My order was cancelled almost immediately. I didn’t realize until I went to check tracking code and noticed there was no movement on order after 7 days. Order was never shipped. I reached out to customer service and they were short, rude and off putting. They explained that my order was cancelled, due to, filing a dispute in the past. I was told I would not be able to order from them again because of this. They did offer a refund, which was successfully processed. My card was charged and I placed 2 successful orders Prior to this last order though, which clearly indicates that I didn’t file a fraud dispute. My account was targeted and flagged for them to cancel my order and tell me I can never order again. I stated the truth! If I’m paying up front, there should be a timely delivery service. The product wasn’t even shipped from the FACTORY to USPS facility after 1 month lol, give me a break! When I sent the email to explain, the chat was shut down and I felt dismissed! It seemed petty and mean girl like. I still have Serum left from first bottle and I was able to get a 2nd bottle with the booster set, and after almost a month, the product is still working wonders. I just wish the company offered better business and customer service, as I would love to continue to support black business. She is still fairly new to the Business Game on this large of a platform; let’s pray she learns from her mistakes 👑🦋💎. God bless em’, and I wish them the best.
