I received my products very timely even during the pandemic. I was notified and knew when to expect my product

I am shock at these reviews. The Canvas Beauty Hair Growth Serum is AMAZING. It has changed my hair texture making it soft, and easy to manage. It has loosen my kinks and actually promotes HAIR GROWTH!!! You have to trust the process, give it time for adaptation & stimulation to kick in. Give it at least a month for hair growth to begin and once it’s starts it doesn’t stop. This serum is magical!!! I buy it by the bulk when it goes on sale which is quite often. They text and email promo codes all the time. I’ve paid as little as $20/bottle maybe less (orig price $35). And as far as shipping I’ve never experienced a problem. One time it took about a month to be delivered, but that was due to the Holidays & COVID. Shoot I ordered stuff from other companies during that time that never came in. So I’m thankful Canvas Beauty got my products shipped & delivered. I believe I emailed them during that delay and they responded promptly. Please do not go by these bad reviews, just try it out for yourself. What do you have to lose $35 bucks?!!!

Spent over 200 dollars of my hard earned money on these products and still haven't not even received a tracking number. I ordered them on December 28 2020 it is now Jan 17 2021. I sent emails to customer service no response, I commented on fb posts and no response. Blaming the covid pandemic is not an excuse to leave unsatisfied customer unsatisfied. Please send me my products or my money back thank you.

I ordered my products on 11/30/2020, today is 01/16/2021 and I still haven't received my order. They don't reply to emails either. I will Not order from them anymore.

I have not seen any new hair growth, and I have been using these products for about 3 1/2- 4 weeks. But, I don’t see any down side to giving it a little bit longer, so I’m not giving up. Maybe it will just take a longer time before I see results. I still have plenty of product left to test on my hair.

I love the hair blossom serum. My hair has grown several inches since I began using it in April. I am transitioning from permed hair to natural and just began using Edge Bae. This product smoothes my edges and works with the tight curls to make waves. Love it!

Order products mid November 2020 Got an email indicating that i would get shipping information within 7 business days. Never received anything dispute writing numerous emails which all I got back was a generic message almost gave up and got a message 1st week of January 2021 informing me I will be getting a refund no apology or explanation of why I did not receive the products I ordered

I would not recommend ordering from this company and I will NEVER order AGAIN !!!

Order products during the "VIP" sale on 12/31/20. Got an email indicating that i would get shipping information within 7 business days. Here it is 1/13/21 and nothing. I reached out to customer service and got a generic email response. I still haven't herd from "customer service" and no shipping information yet either.

Me and my sister placed our orders on the same day. In fact, she placed hers first. I’ve get confirmation that the order was fulfilled and shipped whereas she hasn’t. Make it make sense. This is an outrage.

I am reading these reviews and am surprised. I have been using this product for about 6 months now and have never had an issue with shipping or the product. I actually even use it on my 1 year old but began using it on her at around 8 months. I experience really bad hormonal shedding after giving birth and this was the only product that actually helped me. It is gentle and natural. It does contain cayenne pepper so you have to make sure your not allergic prior to using. Overall I recommend this product 100%. I even send them emails with updates on my babies hair growth and I receive replies in approximately 24 hours.

On December 18, I placed an order during the secret Santa special. I have not received my products. I am trying to support black-owned businesses, but they are not treating their customers very well. I am out of 34.00 dollars. I am really disappointed with the way I am being treated. I tried calling no answer.

I usually have no problems ordering from this. This last time!!! I ordered on November 30th. On December 4th I got notification that it shipped. Here it is, January 9th 2021 and still no package in sight. It says “USPS awaits item” why?! I’m so disappointed and won’t be supporting them anymore. Nobody answers your emails. Just unprofessional.

I had the same problem with the shipping time. I had my tracking number and saw that it was coming from Louisiana, but it back tracked to Alabama. It was stuck in Alabama for almost a month after being told it would be several days. I asked for a refund which after I didn’t receive it within the allotted time, but it was difficult to receive it. It was ordered on November 22, I finally got December 20 or around that time. Secondly, I’m a Diabetic and my hair is dry and brittle, and yes my hair is falling out due to age and medication. I applied a small amount to my skin as a test, nothing happened. I got happy because just maybe this going to work on my scalp, lord and behold it burned within I’ll say maybe about 20 minutes into the application. So I had to stop using it a couple of weeks. I believe it’s to strong for me. Pretty bottle though. I would understand if the product was coming from maybe China, it might take some time 🤔

I ordered from the Secret Santa sale on 12/18/20, I received an email confirming my order and telling me I would receive another email when items were shipped. (It said within 7 days) its past that now so I figured I would sent an email to customer service inquiring about my order. Its been days now and still no response. I decided to look if anyone else is experiencing shipping problems with Canvas beauty and to my surprise there are many many complaints on BBB and bad reviews all over the internet about this same issue.

Its sad, I researched the product initially to see if it worked and the reviews were amazing.. i didn't think shipping would be the problem. But just type in shipping times beside canvas beauty in the search engine and you'll see complaints every where... OMG!!.. to be honest ... I doubt I'm getting my order or a response after all the reviews I read. Im not gonna get my bank involved but I am gonna send several emails to canvas beauty over and over again... ill post on FB,IG and the BBB site.

I'm so sorry I ordered from Canvas beauty, no money back and no product, I really wanted to support a black owned business from the US (im from Canada. And I paid the exchange rate plus $30 to ship here) but I won't ever again after this.

I’m loving it so far. I’ve used it for two nights and my scalp and hair feel happy and satisfied with moisture. Love the fact that the oil is not a lovely smell with no substance. The oil feels as though it is giving my hair life from root to tip! Will continue to use for myself and my two daughters, age 27 and nine. We’re happy!!

I had my doubts about this product, my edges were very thin with your serum my edges are filling in yes! I use the shampoo, conditioner, serum and edge bae. I'm loving the results! My hair has GROWN.... Yes! YEAH! Yelp!

I was at work one day talking to one of my co- worker about my hair loss and she introduced me to the hair blossom strum after 2 months of using the product I started to notice some change after realizing how good the product is I bought the shampoo and conditioner which I have been using . My new growth is coming in nicely thanks to my friend who introduced me to the product it is fantastic.

Got items on time and I already see the results in my daughter's hair in less than 2 weeks.

I pursued two bottles of the follicle booster on 12/28/20 and I received an email on 12/30/20 for their $10 sale. I wish I would have waited to purchase the product. I sent an email to customer service, but I have not received a response back. I purchased two bottles of the amplifying shampoo, conditioner, and serum last month (the serum went on sale at an extremely low price after I made my purchase 😢). I used the shampoo and conditioner for the first time this past Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised how soft my hair felt after using the products. I would have given this review 4 or 5 stars if I would have heard back from customer service regarding the price for the follicle booster and the price reduction for the serum when they had the $5 sale for the serum.

I bought 2 bottles of the hair serum and was really excited to try it based on the many positive reviews i saw. I had a protective style in while i was applying it to my scalp and didnt experience any irritation. HOWEVER when I took the hair out, A LOT of my natural hair came with it! 3 weeks later and it's STILL shedding like crazy and it's coming out from the root. I will NEVER buy this crap again!
