THE WRONG SIZE
I ORDERED 3 X 730 STICKY TOFFEE PUDDINGS EACH TO FEED 8 TO 10 PEOPLE, THESE ARE FOR 3 DIFFERENT FAMILIES, THE PRICE REFLECTED IN THE SIZE OF THEM. THEY HAVE ARRIVED TODAY AND THEY HAVE SENT 3 X 530 PUDDINGS EACH TO FEED 4 PEOPLE EACH. I COULD HAVE BOUGHT THESE FROM THE SUPERMARKET AND AT HALF THE PRICE. I WILL SEE WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY. I ordered 2kg of Girolle mushrooms on Tuesday afternoon with intentions to get it by Thursday morning, but the parcel came Wednesday week after. More than half of the mushrooms were unusable and the overall weight was 171g less than I paid for. Really unpleasant experience with the company.
