Still haven’t received my items after paying for next day delivery, after several attempts to contact still haven’t received a reply

I have been delivered medium caged eggs instead of large free range, I ordered 2kg lemons and received 4 lemons. I received no lemon juice but have been charged for it. I have emailed and received no response.

This used to be a great service. But the last few times I have used it I have been charged for items that are not in the box. They have been checked off on the list but aren’t delivered. I have emailed the company several times, but have had no response. Will no longer be using.

I liked a lot of the produce. However, I asked for it to arrive on Monday and it came when I was out on Friday morning. I was given Gala apples when I asked for Braeburn as I rarely buy Gala. However, these are tasty enough. Some of the produce will have to be eaten quickly as starting to wilt, the spring onions and leaks. Lovely parsley, dates, apricots, pears and grapefruit .

Worst company! They offer a next day delivery service which costs you £8! My order was dispatched 5 days after my order was placed and is yet to arrive! Customer service is non existent and when you do get a reply they fob you off! Don’t waste your money or time!

I ordered white onion thru online website, but the order was cancelled afterwards. There was no answer on why the order was cancelled.

I was surprised that they delivered to where I live, but the quality of the veg was absolutely fantastic! Well worth the money, I have passed the details on to fellow islanders who will be ordering and we will definitely be ordering again. Cannot recommend enough!

Huge thanks for attending our request and replacing beetroot with butternut squash! We were unlucky this time and got a rotten tomato (only one). That's the only reason we are not giving you full stars this time but we look forward to getting another veggie box with you in the future.

Good quality vegetables and fruit, next day delivery (to family in Edinburgh) without problem. Will order again.

Good quality, some items weren't available but were refunded promptly. Ideally, items out of stock and seasonal should be removed from the suggested items. Value for money (although the blood oranges were on the small side).
