Hello there. Further to our recent telephone conversations, I believe the initial problem was something to do with a faulty Amazon door bell - which meant the courier could not deliver. However, it was rescheduled for redelivery and we were informed it had been delivered. If you'd like to call us though, we are more than happy to try and sort things out for you, rather than you have a negative experience with our service.

Fantastic customer service…
Tried to purchase a FIAMMA product online. Unfortunately due to a stock issue it was actually not in stock.
A refund was processed immediately and apology given.
I had no joy getting anywhere else and Dave from Car&Caravan had said to call back if I could not get one
Dave then proceeded to get one in from a supplier and get sent the next day, just in time for our holiday.
Great customer experience and will certainly book mark for next time

Really good even though I messed up ..
Really good I messed up and didn't see the section re delivery On receipt I realised that I had to collect item from Preston. This was not good as I live in Portsmouth. Contacted customer services who immediately agreed to send to me free of charge. A brilliant service. Thankyou.

We received an item which we had issues with, after finally getting in touch with the correct member of management the problem has been resolved, i cant actually believe the kindness of this company to rectify what seemed an unpleasant experience for us at first, has been rectified ten fold, Jordan has gone above & beyond to put the experience right!!! I left a negative review as i was frustrated at getting no response, the company will now come highly recommended by myself & my family as they couldn’t have done enough for us. Thanks again Jordan
