Amazing customer service
I live in US and was hesitant to order engagement ring without actually seeing it. I tried their video call option and was impressed to see a live person picking up call and answering my questions made me feel comfortable. I wanted to have some customization and Vyas helped me talk through those options. Two weeks later, when I was sure I would wanna finalize the ring. Shivani suggested best options for me to get the ring in US, Shivani was so accommodating to timezone differences and also talking/showing ring to my friends in India. Shivani made sure all my questions are answered. She also helped me save money by suggesting coupon. She tracked my order all the way till delivery. So happy to buy such a quality product from Caratlane. Team is outstanding.
