Wow!!!....
Had a new audio upgrade to an otherwise lifeless sound system on a transit custom.
What an amazing transformation.
I went to this company based on recommendation and I am not disappointed.
1st Class installation, 1st Class customer service and a 1st Class aftersales demo by Simon to a naive old novice, whose only other association with a sound system was a Phillips valve radio dating back to the 60's and last seen on the antiques roadshow 😃.
I'm literally "blown away" by the quality and sound of the new system, and I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to install yours if its what your looking for.

Incredibly knowledgeable and patient service, fantastic products at great prices and fitted superbly.

Recently had two enhancements in both my cars. One had updated after market Pioneer audio and the other had updated speakers (Replace Toyota factory fit).
Excellent service and very courteous staff who are extremely helpful.
Thoroughly recommend this company if you require any car audio updates/installation.

Poor Customer service and communication.
I called in to Enhance Car and Audio, I was looking for a larger display screen for my van.
The sales assistant showed me a Pioneer with 9” screen, which I liked and asked him to send a quote.
I had the van outside, but he did not want to look, so I gave him the year and model and I asked him if my existing reversing camara would work with the Pioneer, he agreed that it would.
He then said that he could get the unit fitted, but the SOS button would not work, but he would order the appropriate part and I could pop back later after the Pioneer was fitted and the SOS part would be fitted.
Half an hour after I dropped the van off to them, I got a phone call to say that the original reversing camera I had would not work with the Pioneer and that I would need a new camera at an extra £250.00, they had this camera in stock!
I agreed to this as the van was already with them and I needed it for work later.
On picking the van up I found that 2 USB ports in the dash were disconnected and instead they had fitted 1 USB port in my glove box, which is not very accessible.
I was not happy with this but paid the bill as I had work to get to, they did not mention the USB port displacement move.
After 4 weeks I called them to ask about the SOS part, they said it would be another 4 weeks.
In the meantime, I purchased a new double USB port to replace the one they had disconnected.
When the SOS part came in two months later, I returned to the shop and asked if they could sort the wires out for my new USB socket, they said yes they could do it .
On returning to pick up the van, the company wanted to charge me £85.00 for half an hour work for connecting the two cables for the USB port that I would have to fit myself.
Be very careful of using this firm, the so-called experts.

The alarm system is great, can't say the same about the new app. It's been a month now, and I'm still unable to use it, crashes every time you open it.
When will this be fixed, as its an integral part of the system.

Great company who installed CarPlay for me. Very professional and know what they're talking about.

Had an Amp upgrade and sound deadening fitted into my Lotus. Both are awesome and I'm extremely pleased with the results. I wasn't so sure about the sound deadening, but pleased I made the right decision. It feels like I'm driving a different car! I would highly recommend it.

He was very clear (and patient) with the instructions how to work it and made sure I understood what I needed to do. I phoned up Enhance Car Audio to enquire about fitting reversing sensors to a 2019 Citroen Berlingo XL. Kelly was extremely helpful and emailed photos to me of what the installed sensors would look like.
The sensors were installed today whilst I waited and I am absolutely delighted with how neat they look and how effective they are. Thank you for doing a great job.

Enhance have now done 4 of my cars with security and audio and currently doing a big audio install on my Gtr. Cannot recommend these guys enough, the knowledge Simon and the team have is fantastic, they take the time to listen to exactly what you want and come up with ideas to make this happen

Wow wow wow these guys are absolute genius, I had an issue with my Mazda Rx7 for such a long time and after taking it to 3 garages and 2 other audio companies, these guys at Enhance had remedied the issue within 2 hours.
Very very recommended and now I can read the wording on my head unit as it’s now in English.
Highly recommended and very family friendly as I had my young daughter with me at the time.
