Enhance Car Audio & Security Reviews 

I was a little anxious about calling & enquiring about speaker options for my new Mini (being female) but I was quickly reassured with the knowledge & price options discussed so I felt confident enough to book the upgrades.
I was welcomed with a friendly family feel and felt comfortable to leave my car in safe hands.
I was impressed with the efficiency of the fitting and the upgrades I had chosen as well as discussing further upgrades should I decide to take more upgrades and pricing options.

I telephoned Enhance a month ago to ask about my Lexus LS600. Imported from Japan, the 12v battery had failed and after installing a new one, no audio worked. The cd changer operated but there was no output which meant some other services on the console were unavailable.
I was asked to book for a "diagnostic check", £80!
I have an alarm and cctv installation company, we offer a free survey. But I booked as I had no ther option, 8am today 4th May.
I was there on time as always, and so were two of the staff, but not the owners, who turned up with their 2 dogs soon after. The owner who apparently was going to do this "diagnostic" proceeded to disappear and came back to me in reception at 8.17 to discuss my car. During this time, the other owner proceeded to loudly explain to a child on the phone, where to find their school lunch.
After explaining the issues the owner made it pretty clear he wouldn't be able to help and that proved to be the case. At no point was my stereo removed, checked or otherwise diagnosed, unless you count pressing a few console buttons.
So,
1. Why did I need to get up early, brave the horrendous Sittingbourne traffic etc, when it was obvious from my phone call and follow-up email, that nothing was going to be done?
2. Just what did I get for my £80?
3. Why have I not been offered a refund?
4. Why anyone uses this outfit defeats me

The team at enhance were extremely helpful and professional. They knew what they were talking about and had a very good product knowledge. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Would recommend to anyone

I came to Enhance to have the Blackvue 900X 2ch 32gb installed into my E Class. The service that was provided was brilliant, I asked a lot of questions and they had all the answers. The Install was top-notch. Kelly thank you for fitting me in and working around me I will be back to get more installs for my other cars. If your looking for peace of mind use Enhance you won't regret it.

Enhance I can only describe as Proffesional from the start call through to invoicing. When the technician arrived to fit the speakers in the chosen place made by myself, he pointed out the sound issues I would suffer from where I wanted the speakers put in the Motorhome. Although he said he will fit them there he wanted to make me aware before hand. I ask for his recommendation which we went with and clearly his experience shown through. Having been in other Motorhomes with the speakers in the place I wanted I can hear bounce off sound which I don't get. My sound is mega loud and clear. Would recommend if fact I going to use again,

I had a complete audio upgrade and witness cameras installed in a new VW transporter, the system sounded amazing, loads of punch and clarity. I would definitely recommend this company.

Had an Audison 3 way speaker setup up front and an Audison active sub installed under the floor in the boot in my mk3 Audi TT. Great job by Enhance. Very professional and retains the stock look whilst sounding loads better. Recommended

Outstanding!!! Offered to look at my sound system and reverse camera that was installed else where. Audio i never felt I was getting the full benefit of the money I sent. Enhance audio offered to have a look and I was blown away by Simons knowledge of audio was speaking a different language at some points I’m sure. But Simon is a genius, sorted my sound system out and wow it’s awesome now night and day difference. Can not recommend them enough, everyone i spoke to was great. Even a FaceTime call a few days later as i couldn’t get my CarPlay to work. (Only had the system in the van 6 years I could of had carplay all this time 🤷🏻‍♂️😂) Now that’s customer service. Massive Thank you 🤙🏻

I had a Ghost fitted to my previous car and had it removed and placed on my new car.

Once fitted to the new car I had problems. It kept engaging and I had to use the overriding code to re-start. This kept occurring whilst on holiday in Italy so arrangements were made for the fitters to have a look at the system when I returned.

The system was completely re-installed as there was evidence of a poor connection somewhere. Once this was done the ghost worked fine.

This is an excellent system but entering start sequences must be done carefully and you must wait for engagement indicators to show.

Enhance were very good with installation and follow up calls. Although I had problems with this particular installation I never had a single issue with my first car that had it fitted.

I've recently had Apple Carplay installed in my 2013 Aston Martin Rapide as, whilst the B&O amplifier and speakers are good, the choice of audio input was very dated. The solution provided by Enhance was excellent, providing up to date functionality without affecting the originality of my Aston. I'm happy to recommend the experience and expertise of Enhance to anybody!

Not impressed with the hype this place has got. I brought an aftermarket kit from Droid Uk for them to install literally a “Plug and Play” mmi box and reversing camera for a f32 BMW 4 series 2017 it took them a looonnngggggg time.

Then I had a stressed out moment when they said I have to buy an auxiliary cord £80 which was in my box already bare in mind I payed £70 for the first half hour and £40 after each half hour. One of there mechanics took it out and placed it on their workstation and they tried selling me my own product 😂🙈🤣 what were they thinking. The owner and Simon was very rude to me like I’m lying to them. Luckily Droid Uk came in handy I rang Jav and he came to conclusion that it was their part and it just made these lunatics look like a scammer as they were trying to blame me for it. I’m giving 2 stars for fitment and made it look factory but trying to blame the customers and stealing their products and selling it back to them is shameless and cheap act. They were embarrassed. Anyway I payed £270 altogether whereas Droid Uk in Birmingham was asking £110 plus an awesome job. 100% recommend Droid Uk
