Customer Service sales/purchase experience was first class 👌
Unfortunately the product was less than I was expecting,
The panel’s received/ delivered were “cover panels” and not “replacement” panels
Also they were for a “Van” and not a “Bus” (☝️the bus has double sliding doors 🤔🙄) and so the N/S sill had to be cut and beaten to make it fit which cost me a few days extra time making good 🤨

Terrible experience,grille arrived as if the Bomb squad had a go at it and damaged as well,paid for return by Dpd full tracking and proof they received it back and photographs as well,No refund ,Terrible attitude on the phone ,and now over £70 out of pocket,Order off this company at your own risk !

SCAM SCAM SCAM THIS COMPANY WILL SELL YOU junk there panels are of por quality will arrive damaged will tell you your getting brand new panels you are not read al the reviews and stay well away r you will be disappointed and you'll wait weeks for you part to arrive then find you have gotten scammed

the floor panels i got for my astra mk1 fitted perfectly even they were for a mk 2

Took ages to deliver the bumper, with no communication. I had to chase. In the end it was the wrong part.

Kept me informed about there panels and when I would get them

Sent the wrong side. Told me I was stuck with it.

Well to be perfectly honest, for the price I expected something a little bit of a better fit, I know pattern parts are ot perfect but this one I received is not very good to be honest the gaps are terrible and it is going to need lot of work to make it fit anywhere near close.

Reasonable price ... product ok ... not quite up to the original part standard ... a little flimsier ... but that was expected, in view of the cost.
Helpful staff and prompt delivery.

Customer service goes above and beyond, sent an email just making sure they had the panels in stock and they did, sent it out straight away and they’re very good quality panels, I do need more so I will 100% be back for more

The thing is it fitted very well not lo wld it in place.

With having the Kia Sorrento with the plastic sill covers on with all the MOT is we didn’t know what the regional sales were like underneath, but it did pass the MOT but we took the plastic covers off and they are looking that good so I managed to find your company and my experience with the purchase was absolutely marvellous The gentleman who dealt with me was very knowledgeable and respect my predicament.
