Rang me as payment didn't go thru online to it sort and check that I still wanted

Searching for parts, up comes their link, go to site, select make, select model , NO PARTS. Why have links to parts you do not sell. Do you get a kick from wasting peoples time?.

Panel looks well made but I’m still waiting for the body shop to fit it, so I cannot comment on how well it lines up.

If I could give no stars I would. Over 3 weeks ago now, I ordered a bumper for my daughter's car. I have had absolutely nothing back. no email, no text , no bumper. They have taken my money of course. No delay there!!. I have tried to call several times but no reply. Eventually I found them on email and contacted them there. they came back and said that they were processing my order but that was nearly a week ago. No news of when I will get the bumper if at all now. Was told last week that it would be the start of this week, but no update on dispatch at all.
Am really fed up now.
Honestly, stay well away!

The panels were as described and good quality. Delivery time was as quoted. The cost was reasonable.
Shiv, the person I dealt with, was very helpful in answering my queries on the dimensions etc. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Purchased a pair of sills for a Corsa b 5 door. They were initially out of stock but the sales team kept me up to date on when I would receive them. And they were well worth the wait. The quality is really really good. They are made from good quality steel and are oem quality. The price was about right although postage is a bit on the high side but might be because of size of parcel,on which I don’t know anything about.
I will definitely be using Car Body Panels 4U again.

Parts were as described. Coach builder said he could not have done the job without them.
One part not available from their supplier so refunded me immediately.
Hard parts to package securely but all well protected in good order

There was a delay with shipment on our order and the team called me straight away to keep my updated. Not many companies out there will keep you in the loop so it was nice to hear a friendly call with some news! Thanks again

Car body panels 4u were very helpful though courier they use wasn't..parcel was supposed to come on Thursday didn't come to tuesday

Rear panel spotwelded together in wrong position, no help from them at all, we ended up drilling out the spot welds and realigning it ourselves

Orderd part sed 3 in stock but they wasn't 4weeks wait for part

I placed an order for a few sizable VW Mk1 Polo parts in April. The communication with the company was good in terms of keeping me updated on the order progress, right up until delivery. Staff where friendly and someone was always able to answer he phone, which was a very positive thing.
It did take a long time to get the parts delivered however the company did explain the issues as things occurred, which where due to delays at the parts factory (another party somewhere in Europe) The company did discuss the issues with me and ETA's as things changed so I was able to manage things to ensure the delays didn't impact me, so it wasn't that big a deal in my case.
I would happily use these guys again but I would say that when parts need to come from another factory or supplier, I would recommend people factor in extra time, particular for parts that are likely made to order and are not just sitting on a shelf.

Communication is the main thing in any company in my opinion in keeping the customer informed which you oviousely did owing to the panel that I purchased wasn't in-stock but it had been ordered from your suppliers.
It's a shame that DHL wasn't the same being as they asked me via their website where to leave the parcel n I state me GARAGE I came home after two days n my parcel was left on the doorstep The Morons 😡
