Much needed service
Caring for a person with multiple health problems, including Parkinson's Disease can be challenging. Being able to read online about a variety of supplies available to patients is a blessing. Selection was more extensive that I had known about & the ability to order samples to try the fit is wonderful. Thank you for this much needed service.

Extremely Easy
The CareGiver Partnership site was extremely easy to use and determine my needs. Offering samples was a great way to test, in the privacy of your home, what works best for you. The only thing I would change is to increase the samplus from 2 of each to maybe 5 of each. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this company to others!

We agree, samples are a great way to test products, also saving you money by not buying products that aren't fitting or absorbent enough for your needs. Samples are only $3.49 per set (to cover handling and shipping costs). In most cases we found 2 (underwear or briefs) or 4 pads, seemed to be a sufficient sample.

Use of Home delivery supplies
I searched each month for pullups that would fit my child as he grew, often buying all in stock to heave enough to get us through the month. Then I found caregiver and was able to set up regular deliveries so I no longer even think about this purchase. The one time I accidently ordered double deliveries (on a holiday) I was able to call and talk to a real person who was able to cancel the one order and set my mind at ease

More than I expected
I order products for my parents. The Never Run Out option has been an outstanding service. Love it. It was simple to setup for billing to come to me and deliveries go to them. It has been rare but ocassionally I have called them to ask questions, everyone is super nice, easy to understand, willing to help. My experience with them has ALWAYS been more then I would have expected.

It is good to know that a personal care product can remain personal. The delivery box that contains the care product is unmarked as to content. The website is easy to use for all levels of computer literacy and the order intake to the delivery date has always been within a week of each other. I have used the phone for ordering and the agents are courtious, effecient and proficient.. I have recommended this company to others who need personal care products. Very satisfied!
