I didn’t like how I was not informed of having to get an agent and a transporter.
But I love my Suzuki. Just last year it flooded here in Merritt island Florida we were on national news. Well me and my little Suzuki ever were out there delivering in 14+ water levels. My Suzuki is my daily driver for work. 60 miles a day.

Very smooth process for importing a car. This will be my second time working with Car From Japan and its been a great experience so far!

Car from Japan not only offered an extensive inventory, but their detailed descriptions showed you exactly what you were buying. And their on site guide helped tremendously with the process of getting paperwork filed out.

Cannot recommend Car From Japan highly enough if you’re looking to import a Kei vehicle! They made what can be a daunting process incredibly easy and will be with you every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with my vehicle or the level of service I received from them. If you’re thinking of importing a vehicle from Japan, these are your guys.

El 11 de diciembre del 2025 me atendió un señor que se llama Austin y fue amable todo el momento. Cuando pague los 9.585,73€, (exportación,seguro…todo) resulta que a los 4 días me escribe diciendo que han perdido los papeles originales de exportación y que me van a devolverme el dinero integramente. El dia 3 de enero de 2026 me llega un aviso del banco en el que me han devuelto 8.999,32€. Se han quedado por la patilla 586,41€. Llevo 3 días escribiendo por WhatsApp…por su pagina web en la sección de inqury del coche…también e escrito correos… y nada de nada todo humo…

On December 11th, 2025, I was assisted by a man named Austin, who was polite at all times. When I paid €9,585.73 (export, insurance, everything included), four days later he contacted me saying that they had lost the original export documents and that they would refund me the full amount.

On January 3rd, 2026, I received a bank notification stating that only €8,999.32 had been refunded. They kept €586.41 without any explanation.

I have been writing to them for three days via WhatsApp, through their website in the car inquiry section, and also by email… and there has been no response at all. Nothing but empty promises.

Great consultative experience and everything ran really smoothly. Highly recommend!

Car from Japan is amazing company to import vehicles from Japan, the staff and the response are on point. Their integrity is very admirable doing business with CFJ very trustworthy. Love doing business with this company and would highly recommend them. I will be purchasing another vehicle in the future again. Received my KEI truck in a very good working condition and I’m enjoying it’s fun to drive.

It's rather easy to buy and ship a vehicle from another country. CarFromJapan handled everything expertly, ensuring that bureaucratic hangups were unlikely. I especially liked the included English translation of the export certificate, which made working with my local department of motor vehicles a breeze. After restoring key mechanical components, I've driven my 2000 Honda Acty daily to work, and it's been a pleasure to stick it to the American auto industry. Only one persistent issue with the radiator cooling fan keeps this from being a 5-star review, but even then, CFJ is helping me with diagnostics from half a world away.

They were above and beyond with how helpful they were! Basically every question I had they answered fairly quick and even questions that my broker was unsure about. I plan on using them again when I pick up another vehicle

They were very helpful and quick to answer all my questions. The process was very smooth and I'm already planning on doing business with them again. They also provided great post delivery assistance, answering questions and reaching out.

Starting off by saying that I’m trusting a company from across the ocean to send me a vehicle from just pictures on their website. But…the process was very smooth. Communication was excellent and I was kept in the loop during the entire process.

Great communication and understanding people. I felt with Ami and can’t say enough great things I will definitely recommend your company.
