I was initially apprehensive about buying a car from abroad, but Cars From Japan made the whole process very easy and straightforward. Any questions I had were answered straight away. The price that was quoted was the price paid for delivery to Grimsby. I would deal with them again.

I had a fantastic experience buying my 1998 Honda Acty! There were some things to learn but Ms Ami was a blessing to work with. Everything was easy and arrived on time. I only recommend that you visit sites like eezyimports after to figure out the import process. Look on Reddit for guides on what to do after buying.

I was hesitant to order a vehicle from another country, even though I was ordering from our friends in Japan. Cars from Japan made the process straight forward, and they kept informed the whole time. I'm now driving my little truck all over the place .

I had Mr. Ken as my car consultant. He was really helpful throughout the whole process. It took about 3 months and 2 boat bookings but, it arrived on March 31st 2026. Car from Japan was really helpful. The best advice I can give someone when looking for their car on this website is, the website is a third party, they assist you in delivering your vehicle from different sellers in Japan. Look at all the pictures closely and make sure it is what you want. Car from Japan will certainly help you get it too your destination without hassle.

CarFromJapan is absolutely worth it! I definitely was a bit hesitant as the name is definitely different but I swear they are nothing but wonderful! Absolutely helpful, patient and understanding all the way through, they answered any and all questions and are extremely friendly and upfront. I have been suggesting them to everyone i know!

From the start, my rep at carfromjapan was able to answer any questions I had and kept me updated the entire process. There was a delay in delivery due to missing the first boat but my 1999 Suzuki Jimny arrived roughly 3 months after ordering to Jacksonville FL. I picked it up promptly and didn't have any issues with the paperwork provided by cfj. I love my Jimny and plan on using cfj for future imports for sure!

I imported a honda acty from carsfromjapan. It was surprisingly easy and the truck is a runner. I picked it up from the port in Florida and drove it home 1000 miles.

Buying a private car first myself unseen from Japan was a bit of a risk to take but I'm very happy with my car.
The process from committing to buy to collecting my car, registered and made UK-ready took around 6 months.
I bought a Grade 4 car which is in great condition and is as described.
Miss June from Carfromjapan was very helpful. She split the invoice into two parts for me so that I could use PayPal.
I would definitely use Carfromjapan again.
I would perhaps use a different handling agent on the UK side, to manage the process from arrival through registration, etc.

Easy and convenient purchasing a car from japan through this platform. Communication before, during and after delivery was great.

I thought the process was nice and easy. All required paperwork was sent that we needed for easy port retrieval. Car was in working condition, and I felt care was taken with our Suzuki. I would use this company again.

Easy process of finding the car I wanted to buy to having the vehicle delivered to my house! I was working with Mr. Austin, and he was forward and direct with all of the information I needed and answered all the questions I had.
