We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Stephen Boulter at CarGiant while purchasing our Nissan. From the moment we arrived, Stephen was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all of our questions clearly, and made the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free. There was no pressure at any point, just honest advice and great customer service.

I bought 3 cars from Car Giant in last 10 years, plus probably another 7-8 cars bought from there by friends upon my suggestions. Never had an issue and it’s always the first place I’d check to buy a 2nd hand car.

Brought a car had less than 6 months and it broke down almost 3 months later and they have still not resolved and fixed the issues.
No compensation has been offered and when asked they said they do not offer this, when asked for a partial refund if the price again told they don't do this. When discussing about the car being returned to me told I have to collect! Extremely poor after care for customers, although they keep you updated it's not good enough. The company is extremely poor do not recommend buying from this company. Still waiting for an eta on when this will be resolved.
