I was in motor trade all my life. I was looking for something special. I rang several dealerships and because I was in N Ireland ,I found it hard to find someone who wasn't looking an easy deal with not too much effort and was also able to provide the car I was looking for.
Luckily I hit on Carland and and not only got the vehicle I was looking for but discovered a fantastic team prepared to go to any length to help me get the car I wanted. Darren even arranged for someone to drive the car to Cairnryan and put the car on the Cairnryan to Belfast Ferry.
I have found the team at Carland to be of the utmost integrity, polite and patient from start to finish.
I know having been in the business for 35 years this type of personal care and attention to the customer is becoming more and more rare.
The car arrived with me and surpassed my expectations.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Once again thank you to Darren for the all the time and effort you put into making this difficult deal come together.

Honestly, Car Land UK is probably the best company I have ever purchased anything from, nevermind a car.

I enquired about a car that they had for sale but unfortunately they sold it that very day. However the guys at Car Land UK asked me what my ideal car would be and if there's anything I would change about the previous one I wanted, I told them it was perfect but I'd prefer an automatic.

Less than an hour later and they sourced me the perfect car, they even made some cosmetic changes to ensure the car was perfect for me and I was driving away with my new car less than 7 days later.

Despite not being local to the area I just knew from the first time I spoke to Cheyne and the guys at Car Land UK that I could trust them enough to make it worth my time to drive over 100 miles to get a car from them.

I really couldn't praise them enough, I couldn't fault the service at all. Even trading my previous vehicle in to them was super easy and they gave me a very competitive price too.

Came to Car Land UK after an awful experience at Evans Halshaw Darlington. Within an hour of arriving the team sourced the exact car I was after, which I was able to collect 5 days later.

Stress free, trustworthy and accommodating, would totally recommend! I went to test drive a VW Polo at Car Land UK but it wasn't the colour or year that i was looking for. Within a few hours Chayne had ordered a polo exactly what i was looking for, the colour, year & milage. Chayne then amended the car to be exactly how I wanted it. The car is very good value for money and what i wanted. I have trust in the company throughout my full experience.

The staff were excellent, there was no hard sell, no extras pushed in your face, and time left to ourselves to discuss our purchase. A different experience to everywhere else we'd been. The car came with warranty and breakdown cover and the assurance that if anything was wrong with the car they would deal with it. Little niggles were dealt with before we purchased and the only time we needed to call them about a warranty issue they dealt with immediately. It was a good experience all round and didn't leave us frustrated or annoyed like most dealers tend to. They deserve their 5 stars.

We found the staff at Car Land UK to be pleasant, helpful, honest and very professional.

My son explained the make and model of car he would like and the staff were able to deliver on their promise by finding his chosen vehicle within days.

The staff made minor modifications to the car as requested and immediately rectified a minor teething problem in a speedy manner without any questions or cost.
