Brand Loyal customer but service decline...
Brand Loyal but service decline? .....things seem to have changed. I asked for opt out of auto renewal last year but was opted in. I called this year to ensure i was not automatically renewed for next year, but wasn't able to do this (i think by law this is an opt in/out option). so i'm left with a vague verbal comment from the Carol Nash associate that i wont be auto renewed but i cannot prove or show that.....hopeless. Furthermore the person on the phone didn't listen to my reasons for calling, overall service level seems to have declined.

RIP OFF CHARGES
I sold my car and informed them I'd like to stop my insurance. Although the lady was very helpful, the cancellation charge of £55 was, in my opinion, a complete rip off!!
Just to warn others. I am sure it is in the small print somewhere, but be aware of this charge.

Absolutely disgusting disgraceful behaviour They kept my original debit card details and took money out my account without my knowledge I did not agree to (continuous payment authority )they are robbers beware and no refund given referred to ombudsman to safeguard others .Carole Nash are complete Charlatans .
