I ordered a new Cardone BCM. They sent me someone’s crusty dinged up Delphi they returned. They refused to replace or return the item because it was slightly outside of their return window. Probably will not use again.

Ordered top molding for 2020 Nissan frontier. Totally incorrect part. Would not pay for return shipping, which is more than cost of part. Was not my mistake. Sucks

I ordered a $50 part from them. I got in a bad car accident that totaled my car before I could install it. In the aftermath of the accident, I forgot to call them to return the part within 30 days. I called them not too long afterward though, and at first they said they would see if an exception to the 30 day policy could be made, but they never got back to me. I had to email again, and they never got back to me. I had to call four times, and each time the call dropped. Then finally today (after the call dropped again but they called me back), they said they would not allow the return. So shortsighted. They got their $50, but they will lose hundreds or thousands of dollars from me in the future and from others I talk to. My order number is CPX2596306961366, should they care to look into it.
Terrible banking
We bought two catalytic converters for our truck. They put in a pending charge for the total. Then 4 days later pending charge for 1 because it shipped. I have 800 in pending charges, that my bank considers used money and am about to get another pending charge when the second one ships. They don't seem very concerned about earmarking almost 1000 in someone's account

Two right hand fog lamps were sent with my bumper kit. Called to get a LH lamp but told it was too late as it was past 30 days. I placed order June 4th and did not notice error until I was installing the parts a few days ago. I feel it should have been handled as it was not my error.

Do not use this company, they are awful!! They overcharge for parts and shipping! They have awful customer service most of the time and they sent the wrong part on top of everything. This company does not care how it treats it's customers!
I ordered a front grill for a car
I ordered a front grill for a car. When it came the package looked damaged. I opened the box to see that they didn’t use anything to protect the part and because of that the grill was broken in half. I went to carparts claim and sent my claims with pictures and it took 4 days to receive an automated response to either call a number provided or go to the link below. I called the number and it was the wounded warrior program I knew there was something fishy so I went to the link and wasn’t able to finish my claim because they never sent me a code they were supposed to send me to verify I was the person filing a claim. I got fed up so I found the companies claims number online and called it just to have someone who barely spoke English and terrible service. This company is horrible, it’s just a matter of time before they get caught stealing everyone’s money. I highly recommend not buying from them unless you want to be robbed. You suck carparts. I will tell everyone I know about your horrible service and stealing peoples money!!!!!

They shipped my item on the day it was supposed to be delivered. I used their "contact us" form to let them know I would be refusing. Then it turns out my order was sent in two shipments--I was never advised of this and am still waiting on the second one. Meanwhile I've contacted them twice with all the details, and THEY NEVER RESPONDED. My recommendation: go somewhere else!

I have ordered before and was happy! However! This time around they sent me the wrong part! So i sent it back! Still waiting for the refund I went ahead and paid for the 2nd order to get it sooner. The second order is the EXACT SAME WRONG PART!!!
Now they said pay for the third one and we will get it right! OK! I asked for a return label for the second order. FED EX says it's no good! WTF? So for some reason CarParts.com cannot be reached vis Email, Live chat, Website return or calling for the next two days! Finally after having the live chat ask if I will wait after 10 minutes it says chat ended! Five Freaking Times!!!! Finally someone actually communicated with me. I am still waiting to see if the third order is correct and we will see if the label is any good either!

Worst customer service on earth. 2 days to get a part that never came 6 days later. I called them up to figure out where my part is since it’s 4 days late. Was told part never was sent they told me they would send the part out the next day and I would have it in 2 more days. It’s been 15 days and still no part. I called them up and again they advise me part has not been sent out but they have it in stock. That they will send it out again what a waste of time go with another parts company I did on another part said I would have it in 2 days and 2 days later parts have been delivered.

Wrong part
Sold the wrong part. Radiator arrived in a box full of holes, rips and tears. Box had been previously opened and taped back shut. Apparently they had sent this part to someone else who had returned it because it was the wrong part so they just turned around and shipped it to me as the wrong part. My mechanic spent two extra hours trying to make it fit. After he installed it I couldn't turn around and return it. MASSIVE HASSLE BECAUSE OF INCOMPETENCE AND DELIBERATE SALE OF WRONG PART BY CARPARTS.COM!
