When I placed my order it said Wednesday March 18, 1016 by 10 am.
When I placed my order, the site said Wednesday March 18,2026 10AM delivery. I am a delivery driver and everyday my vehicle is down is costing me money, so I jumped at the 2 day delivery!!! Tuesday March 17, the parts still hadn't left the warehouse, o. Top of being slated fir USPS, so I called. The customer care guy, could care LESS!!!!!! I told him about the delivery on the 18th 10am as stated on the site and that the snail mail would be far to slow and he sounded like I was bothering him. He said he could just issue a refund and it upset me!!! I explained again that I did NOT WANT a refund, I WANTED MY PARTS!!!!!! I need my vehicle for my delivery job, everyday my parts are not here it costs me even more money!!!!! He asked me to hold and some minutes later he came back and said he contacted the warehouse and they would get my parts out. HE LIED!!!!! THEY ACTUALLY SAT ON MY PARTS FOR ANOTHER 24 HOURS!!!!!! I talked to USPS, they said that they were waiting for the package and the warehouse hadn't given it to them Tuesday. Then on Wednesday they still weren't given the package til the afternoon. Why do you people not want to succeed as a company???? I have done warehousing and delivery for most of my life. It can be more steamline and efficient. I realize that I am NOT the only order you have BUT if you promise 2 day delivery, keep your word!!!!! Besides UPS and FedEx are cheaper to ship with now since the USPS massively increased their shipping on packages. I would have preferred given an option of carriers rather than USPS ( SNAIL MAIL) !!!!!!! Had I known your shipping system was STILL a hit mess, I would have ordered elsewhere!!!! This has happened before and I just ordered from another ompany and returned your product when it finally decided to appear a week later. This time around, I do not have the extra cash to order multiple sets from multiple companies!!! Your warehouse had the parts ready on Tuesday morning, why they didn't leave the warehouse til Wednesday afternoon is the complete failure here, along with using snail mail.
DON'T TRUST CARPARTS.COM
On March 13, 2026, I purchased 2 side mirrors at a cost of $401.58. Upon submitting the payment via debit, in less than a minute, I got a email notice from my bank indicating that that amount was withdrawn. On March 14, 2026 at approximately 7:08 pm, I received a email notice indicating a withdrawal of $181.30. Alarming as that was, I called my bank's service line. They informed me that the withdrawal was from Carparts.com and that I should reach out to them and if I couldn't get the relief I wanted, the bank will help with disputing the charges and get my refund(s)Prior to making a call to Carparts.com, I sent an email requesting that the unauthorized transaction be refunded immediately and if not, I wanted that and the FULL refund. Upon making the call, I insisted that it was an unauthorized charge to my account. I immediately asked to have that withdrawal canceled. The banking representative explained that they couldn't stop payment but that they could dispute it with Carparts.com. They bank representative noticed the previous withdrawal of $401.58 (without a hold-as informed by Carparts.com customer service email). In fact, the Carparts.com representative even indicated that there were 2 charges-$181.29, $181.31 (neither of which I authorized and neither indicated as a withdrawal from my account or in a email). I WAS LIVID! The Carparts.com representative also indicated in the email that my bank put a pre-authorization hold on the $401.58. I'd confirmed, as I'd already known via my email, the bank's representative verification, and online, that my bank DID NOT PUT A HOLD ON THE WITHDRAWAL AMOUNT. Now I am truly pissed because now there's a total of $582.88 withdrawn from my account of which $181.30 was unauthorized. The Carparts.com representative even insinuated that I was mistaken as to the amount(s) that had been withdrawn from my account. I feel like what Carparts.com is doing is very similar to what shysters do. Shysters exploit and take advantage of people that they believe won't question the processes of purchasing/payments. Carparts.com stole my money after I'd clearly paid IN FULL for the items.
On May 16, 2026, I called Carparts.com "early in the morning" to request a refund-I am of the impression that they're able to stop the package before it arrives 2 days from now-and was told that "...I have to wait until I receive the merchandise and then request a refund which will take up to 7-10 days to return to my account or according to my bank's billing cycle." That's some bullshit that Shysters would say. Funny, it only took a few minutes to get the money out of my account. That's a Carparts.com thing to force customers to wait for their package to even consider requesting a refund. They are the originators of the package and has packing information including tracking numbers. They're able to call to cancel the delivery but are being assholes as Shysters can only be. At this point, I believe Carparts.com is a scam site that justifies how it does business no matter the extent of inconvenience it causes the customer. To add insult to injury, I'm forced to play phone-tag with my bank daily until I get my money back which is delayed because the merchandise has not been delivered yet.

Only one part didn’t fit and refunded very fast.
Great place to get parts you need.
Great product with rapid shipping.
I ordered a front window for a Chevy…
I ordered a front window for a Chevy Cruze and not only was the shippings delayed by 3 days from advertised it didn't even make it to my house because supposedly FedEx damaged the product and deemed it undeliverable. And all this happened the day before we got a blizzard and now I have to detail my car and fix whatever potential electrical issue may arise all because this company and there lack of care, packaging, and choosing the wrong delivery service. This experience was the absolute worse I've ever had ordering car parts. This company is just as big of a joke as FedEx and I will never use either of there services again if I have th choice and I would recommend anybody who is thinking of ordering off I this "legitimate" website to stay away and find whatever other alternative there is out there because you will be robbed and highly upset and disappointed
This company scam me
This company scam me , I placed an order with them the order is out of stock, they don’t refund me all my money, they took the shipping money on it even they are not shipping the item ,
Stay away…
The only shipping service they offered was 'standard shipping' for $24.55 for front and rear brake pad hardware which comsists of 4 small spings and clips and probably weighs less a few ounces, that doubled the price.
Nope. I immediately X-ed out of their page and won't be back.
Good thing I did, because judging by the other reviews, this is a company you should definitely avoid.
A bunch of scammers
A bunch of scammers. I had to order the same hose 3 times. 1st time yall delivered to wrong address and will not refund me. 2nd time yall “couldnt find address” still no refund on that. 3rd time i finally recieved the hose. So for the $50 hose i have spent over $150 on. And i only have 1 hose! Im very popular on tiktok and if things are not made right soon i will be making a video on my experience. Your sales will tank.
Stay away
FedEx broke the window I ordered. I got in touch with carparts.com's bot which sent links that didn't work(or did they). Then I finally got thru to a human at Extend (the 3rd party company that handles the returns) they claim to have sent me a "virtual card". There were no instructions on how to use it. I gave up and just accept the fact that I'm screwed out of $117. Oh and they won't just credit your credit card. That would be too easy.
Ordered a gas cap
Ordered a gas cap. Figured i could wait the 4-5 days shipping and save a couple bucks. 2 weeks later part is bouncing around shipment centers, with no end in sight. Wish I just paid a bit more and got from a local parts store. They dont even insure packages...make you pay for it. Just go elsewhere the 5 percent savings aint worth the hassle. Will never order from again
Explorer radiator purchase
Radiator I ordered came quick and was a perfect fit. Will definitely buy again.

I returned a part to this company and…
I returned a part to this company and it was delivered to their warehouse on February 8th. As of March 5th, I still have not received my refund.
I have contacted customer service multiple times and each time I’m told the issue will be “forwarded to the warehouse,” but nothing ever actually happens and no real update is provided. It feels like I’m just being sent in circles rather than anyone actually resolving the problem.
Delays can happen, but keeping a customer waiting nearly a month after receiving the returned item with no clear timeline or resolution is unacceptable. Customer service should be able to provide a real update or escalate the issue instead of repeating the same response.
Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to order from this company again.
I ordered a window switch for my Colorado pick
I ordered a window switch for my Colorado pickup. I was careful to fill everything in correctly on my order. However, the wrong part was shipped. We ordered it again and this time we got the correct item. Can you please tell me how to ship this item back for a refund?
Fan motor assembly for a 21 yo truck
The part that you sent me… The fan motor/fan assembly for a 2005 Nissan Titan was perfect. It was an exact fit and went in easily. When I was installing it, I realized that I didn’t even think about the cabin air filter. I should have. It was full of crap, of course. I replaced it and everything runs so quiet now. Thank You for the tremendous help! I do love my old truck! M
The part sent was always the right…
The part sent was always the right direct fit size and quality. Time frame delivery update was provided.
Never received order/Bad customer service
I ordered an alternator for $175 and never actually received it. The package arrived unsealed and had USPS stickers stating “Delivered Without Contents,” meaning the item was lost in transit before it ever reached me. There was nothing inside the box.
I provided photos and documentation, but customer service repeatedly denied a refund because I didn’t purchase “shipping protection.” That makes no sense — I paid for an item, and it was never delivered. A delivery scan does not equal receiving the product, especially when USPS clearly marked it as empty.
Instead of taking responsibility or resolving the issue promptly, I was told to contact USPS myself and even get a police report. Extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend ordering from CarParts.com based on how this situation was handled.
