Shipping moved dates

Ordered the part - normal car parts website - was supposed to be delivered March 1, received an email stating new delivery is March 9! I would have never ordered if it was going to take two weeks for shipping - be aware the shipping dates will change - MICH better places to purchase parts online - this was my first , and last, time ever using them

Thanks for not sending the part

Ordered a bumper that was supposed to be here Monday. The order never processed and they never shipped it. Customer service told me whatever they needed to tell me to get me off the phone. Just have the body shop in your town order it.

I have used your site successfully for over 25 years without any issues, but you do have a vender that should be excluded from using your platform. San Antonio JDM is a disgrace to the Auto Industry. I have filed a formal complaint with BBB1

Not using them again

I ordered a part on Feb 11th and it was supposed to be delivered Feb 13th. I had still had not received it on Feb 24th. I reached out to carparts.com and they said they would issue a refund. The refund was less than what they initially charged me and it was not my fault their carrier never delivered the item.

Terrible experience

In spite of the ‘guarantee to fit’ the $500 headlight replacements were not the correct ones. My husband had been on a business trip out of the country when they came so we weren’t able to try them until after the 30 day window. I contacted the company - only one box had been opened and the headlight was still in the wrapping. They would not take them back. This was a terrible experience and cost to me. I do not recommend this company. Expensive lesson. Be aware.

I'm complaining because of unathorized…

I'm complaining because of unathorized money coming out of my account long after I paid for my car part. My bank statement reads paid too. Now a week later your taking more money out of my account for no reason at all. I will never shop with this company again.

Horrible recommend not using

Horrible. We own a Bodyshop and needed to return a part Forget it. Purposeful circus to make it near impossible Delayed shipment too- which if we needed parts would have been more trouble. Strongly urge not to use - gonna do a chargeback today to get refund since can’t return.

Very Disappointed

I ordered all 4 struts, rear upper and lower control arms, and a rear sway. All suspension components for a vehicle I’m rebuilding. At the time that I ordered my parts I didn’t see the available carparts+ membership. Saw it today so I signed up, I called and inquired about my purchase, and if the membership would be retroactive since I haven’t received all the parts in the order. I spoke with two different agents both of whom were abrasive and borderline rude. I asked to speak with a manager, and was placed on hold and the agent never came back. I doubt I’ll be shopping with carparts any longer, it’s not a nice feeling when you give someone your money and they treat you as if you don’t matter.

This company is the WORST I’ve ever…

This company is the WORST I’ve ever purchased from! My order was delayed in shipment twice. It was delivered to the wrong address. The box and contents were damaged. I immediately got on their website to begin the refund process. Did not receive a return label as promised. Went back on the website, basically had to go through the same process. Received an email stating a return label is processing along with an apology. CRICKETS AGAIN. Today after searching on Google fo a customer service number, the agent said I couldn’t return the order because it was over 30 days, even though he could see my previous emails and pictures of my previous correspondences!! He claimed he was going to try to get authorization, but within 20 minutes or so I got an email saying over 30 days, please read our return policy! I immediately started a chargeback with Bank of America, we will see how that goes. My advice, don’t buy anything from Carparts.com!

They sold me a defective part, and they will not assist with yhe return process. The return process in their site doesn't work. Do not buy from this company! They are garbage!

Shame on you

i ordered a part on feb 8 that suppose to arrive on Feb. 10,2026. That day I push tracking option it shows it’s out for delivery. I never recieved it called them on Feb.11 they said it will be there tomorrow but refund your shipping fee since it has not arrived well on Feb 12 same thing no package still shows it’s out for delivery. I call them again the assoc. tells me to call the tracking number to see where it is. When you try to track from third party site it shows they haven’t recieved it with no delivery date. So i call back again I’m upset now i just want my money back at this point. So she says if i don’t recieve it by next she will give me refund i said no i want a refund today. So puts me hold comes back a little while later says did the refund i should recieve it within 24 hours back to my card. Then she says oh and if you get the product you can just keep it. So now it’s Feb. 14 no product no refund. What kind of company is this? This is terrible business

I ordered a radiator last Thursday 2/5…

I ordered a radiator last Thursday 2/5 with a delivery date of Saturday 2/7. It did not arrive and the shipper, LSO had tracking info showing a delivery date for 2/6. They updated their tracking info to show delivery for 2/8. We contacted customer service, which is not in the USA, and they said to wait until the shipper updates their status tomorrow, 2/9. Every day we check and no update yet Carparts wants us to wait another day every time we call. I tried to contact someone different through Facebook, who said that they take responsibility for their shippers default and asked for my order #. Upon giving them my order # they now want me to file a claim, with another company, since not receiving our order. That is not taking responsibility at all and I have no more time to wait. I live in North/Central Texas and the part shows that it shipped from Plano, which is 80 miles from me. I have asked to be able to pick up a new one or get a refund but am getting stonewalled by customer service that is in another country. In hind site there were so many red flags when placing this order but my husband is a mechanic and replacing a radiator is not a big deal. Little did we know that getting it here was going to be the problem. Beware!!! Carparts uses a 3rd party shipper, LSO and their ratings and bad reviews go back more than 5 years and now I discover that carparts is just as bad as their shipper.

Shady Retailer

Ordered fuel tank and the tank arrived damaged. I was aware that they were selling some type of insurance that would let me file a claim with the carrier in case of damage. I thought it was BS because as a consumer, the carrier will only deal with the seller who contracts the carrier. Ofcourse, Carparts refused the return telling me its my fault that I didn't buy the shady insurance. I told them that the lack of packaging (tank was loosely wrapped in a box without protection for the ports that are sticking out) was actually their fault and not the responsibility of the carrier. So in over all, a bad experience. I will be instigating a charge back and I am thinking of reporting their extorsion..I mean insurance to my state's Attorney General.
