I have put off buying a carpet for years because I couldn't face the hard sell. Finally faced it and Cass at Edinburghs Hermiston Gate store made the whole experience a pleasure. Friendly, knowledgeable and so easy to deal with. Give this lady a raise!

I've been in here twice. Once to purchase carpet in 2022 and another to purchase bathroom vinyl in July 2024. Can't remember the exact date. Both times, the service was friendly but the second time someone was supposed to turn up st my home to do a measure and quote and never showed up!! I stayed in just for it and no one came. Got no follow up phone call either so went some where else

Visited the Carpetright Store in North Shields and ordered some vinyl for a bathroom, was served very professionally by Paul who was most helpful.
The fitter called Tosh did a first class job in a tricky space would recommend.

Totally seamless from start to finish, no pressure from the sales staff, great contact from start to finish. Kept informed through the whole process. Fitter very customer focused, really pleased throughout

Company the lady I spoke to from tapi she knows who she is was absolutely useless Carpetright is now under tapi be aware not to buy from carpetright they have gone bust for a reason carpetright teddington is full of cheating staff and corrupt managers you do not want to go and loose your money there they are now under tapi but don’t be fooled they are as bad as each other I have been scammed in purchasing carpets can you believe that these people scam you infront of your face then request money after saying we did not charge you for something please do not Use these people save your money and spend it somewhere else where you will have satisfaction from spending your money tapi and carpet right are a scam cheating curupt company and also target old vulnerable people with their lies only to charge them extra money afterwards

In order for me to go back I would have to see the termination of all staff involved and a full refund as this was a harrowing experience

I had a great experience with Carpetright Limited at their Orpington store. The staff, including Gina, Imran, and Dan, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the process of choosing new flooring and carpets straightforward and enjoyable. The in-home consultation was professional, and the rep provided a fitting quote without any pressure. While the four-week wait for fitting was a bit longer than expected, the customer service throughout was excellent, and I'm excited to see the final results. Overall, a very satisfied customer!

Fantastic service from Austin in the New Malden store. He was very patient and understanding of my parents needs. Due to this, we have returned again to purchase another carpet.

I recently visited Carpetright Limited's Sudbury branch and had a great experience. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand my budget, ensuring I got a durable, high-quality carpet. Eddie and Jordan stood out for their polite and professional assistance, making the process smooth and enjoyable. I appreciated their flexibility with my last-minute changes and how they resolved a technical issue with ease. Overall, the service was efficient and tailored to my needs. I would recommend this store for its excellent customer service and personal touch.

Dreadful quality carpet when fitted and it was not a cheap option. The carpet had lines down it every 8 feet. After ridiculous wrangling got it replaced and the replacement was fine when fitted but the same lines developed in the following weeks. This is not a fitting problem like rucks it’s actually an issue with the carpet which Carpetright tried to say was us. Management appalling. No interest in retaining us although we went originally to also carpet two bedrooms.

Shocking Service, took my order, took my money,
did not adhere to the 2 week delivery date or fitting date due to not checking the stock on the carpet, They issued me with another date for delivery, once again still no carpet, I have now been given a third date as they still not have the carpet, I have to wait another week just to find out if they have received the carpet yet.

received another call today, still no carpet, another delay, I have now been issued a forth date,

Phalguni was very pleasant and patient explaining everything thoroughly. Would come back again

Had two lovely carpet fitter out today Jay & Ash , nothing was to much trouble for this pair moved everything , happy pair and even hovered left it spotless well done boys would highly recommend these two

Well done to Saurabh and the team at Carpetright New Malden for their excellent service. On our visit to the showroom, he got the balance just right, taking his time to be helpful without being pushy, and effectively organising our new carpet delivery and fitting.
The independent carpet fitters were also excellent - courteous, efficient and tidy.
Communication throughout has been good, and most importantly, we love our new carpet!

Great job done by sim team very are pleased by them we are very happy great job
