Polite, hardworking, helpful fitters who phoned ahead, turned up on time and cleared up well. Very happy with the final result. In store service also very good and helpful - although the first carpet we chose was out of stock - so we had to choose a similar one.

Be warned look at all the reviews for the Woking branch on google 🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑Daryl sims branch manager he is a compulsive liar and a slippery snake , no end of problems from this individual, rubbish carpet, door bars fitted in my house that are not even sold in carpet right ?? Told me for monthes on end he was getting it sorted and kept telling me to come back after about 6 attempts trying to sort it out in the shop he then said he couldn’t do anything and offered me some damaged ones not acceptable at all , this man will be transferred to tapi carpets who have now brought carpet right stay away scum bag

With the news of administration/being bought out we spoke to Carpetright multiple times and asked if our order was legit, "yeah it'll be there Friday". The Friday came and loe and behold Tapi were not fulfilling the orders. Didn't bother to send an group email to customers just you have to presume its not being fulfilled.

Writing on behalf of my father to is an OAP - He bought a bed frame along with a mattress which cost roughly around £1000 in total for it to be absolutely infested with bedbugs!! Have contacted them and no response whatsoever, I am now having to get pest control out to my home as it has spread throughout the whole house. Would not recommend carpet right at all.

Well,well,well. Further to my review about Carpetright Oxford . Their store manager has just admitted to fraud and theft charges at Oxford magistrates court and has now got to appear at Oxford Crown Court to answer to his guilty plea. No wonder Carpetright has gone bust when they were employing like him. Hopefully he gets what he deserves. Hopefully Tapi carpets, who have bought out some of the Carpetright business can weed these people out and they. Won’t end up like Carpetright . Let’s hope this so called manager enjoys his little holiday ……..

Now the former Oxford carpet right manager has admitted fraud in the local courts, I wonder if the new owners will be doing anything to help put right the mess he left me in?

Do not recommend at all. May be coincidence but I think not. We got our carpets done at carpetright and a few days later, cat flea infestation. This has been an ongoing issue since we got the carpet. Wr have spent a fortune on treatments and sprays but it's just awful. Our cat did not have fleas at the time of purchase so I reckon they came in said carpet. We also had numerous delays and eventually even had to find our own fitter. Absolutely worst experience ever.

Pre Tapi takeover - Wide range of carpets, underlay and door bars available at competitive prices. The free samples online were also helpful to ensure we made the right choice. Did not feel pressured by sales staff. They were very nice and knowledgeable when we did have questions. James in the New Malden store was particularly helpful answering our queries and processing the sale. We found this a quick and efficient process to deal in store/in person as the website was harder to navigate. The fitting was also excellent at a time to suit us. Thanks!

Had new lvt and carpets fitted by carpetright a year ago. The lvt has already lifted by rhe doorway which we were assured wouldn't happen and covered under the warranty and guarantee. After 3 months of chasing managed to book in with the fitter for him tk come and rectify the issue today but a no show. Called csrpetright and they aren't interested as the company was taken over 2 weeks ago so our floor is faulty and we are left paying thousands. Poor company will not use again

They came to my house and cut through my alarm system and I had to replace it!! It cost me £1600 to replace and Carpet right refuse to pay. I warned the guy that the wires were there yet he paid no attention and cut through the wires of my alarm system. I dealt with Brian in the battersea branch. This is a terrible company. Do NOT trust this company at all. Not only did I lose £1600, I lost £600 as the company went bust and they would not bring me my carpets and so I had to re-order them and pay another £600. Because I paid by credit card they would not refund me. I am thinking of taking them to court for gross negligence.

Awful experience since having my stairs and landed fitted with carpet in April this year, carpet has been laid faulty, and no response from store since carpet fitter has been out and confirmed carpet is faulty and now no response from main customer service despite having a complaint reference number, carpet was expensive and now looks awful due to faults I am being completely ignored.

Carpet fitted 8/5/2024.my wife walked on the carpet today 8/8/2024.Felt 3 sharp spots on carpet on close inspection it appears plastic is embedded in the pile.

If there was a 1- l would have done it. I paid for my floor covering and the next day all the stores had closed. I had rang them for 3 days to no avail, l got to the store in trafford park to read they had gone bust! Ripped off. And it’s uncertain whether l will get my money back!!.
