The salesman (Barry) at your Boyatt Wood branch guided us through the range of carpets that we were interested in, told us exactly what we needed and arranged a convenient delivery date for us. The carpet was delivered exactly at the time arranged in good condition and I fitted it that evening. We have bought several carpets from your company and have always been pleased with both the advice we have been given and the quality of your products.

After the second visit from the rep, he said my floors were level enough for the flooring. This was not true I had to get it sorted out with the fitter.
I then had 3 packs of laminate and door covering left over ( not measured up correctly by the rep)The carpet barn shop would not refund me. The items were not unwrapped

Great Service
I have tried other carpet stores but Carpet Barn at Eastleigh always come up trumps. Mark is my 'go' to as he is willing to spend time sorting out what I want, communicates well and ensuring any fitting job goes smoothly.

Great! Measured up, clear instructions as we needed to remove all existing carpet/underlay/studs prior to our fitting as we were buying the scratch.

I would highly recommend Carpet Barn. From start to finish we were dealt with professionally and efficiently. We used the Ferndown depot. We made a date to measure up our room which they arrived on time and advised us accordingly. We chose the Carpet we wanted, it was ordered and held in stock, ready for our agreed fitting time. Fitter turned up at the agreed time and date and laid our new carpet. He was brilliant! (Marcus) done a fabulous job. Our new Carpet looks great. Will definitely use them again.
