Very good service

Dominic in the store was very helpful, knowledgeable and tolerant of my indecisiveness
The 2 carpet fitters were quick and efficient. As the whole flat was being carpeted a lot of furniture had to be moved out and then back again which they did effortlessly. They left everything clean and tidy. They even vacuumed the lift. A big thank you to everyone

I purchased what I consider to be an expensive mattress from Carpet Barn, I had just cause to complain that the edge of the mattress was totally lacking in any support or firmness.
In fact, the very first time I sat on the edge of the mattress, it was so soft that I lost my balance and fell on the floor, not a very good experience for an 83 year old was it ? ?
I decided to confront the sales staff at Carpet Barn to express my dissatisfaction of the very poor edge performance of the matttress.
Very much to my surprise, they were very aggressively confrontational and argumentative, I was basically told "You bought the mattress, go and live with it" virtually in so many words which really did surprise and upset me.
The staff there are very urgently in need of tuition on how to treat their customers.
I cannot recommend this company at all, go elsewhere, there are very many companies that would be only too happy to supply you with a decent mattress.

I notice carpet barn are now saying sorry and are pathetically offering to "put things right", well, I took photographic PROOF that their marttress was a load of garbage when I went to complain, as I said in my review, their attitude towards me was very nasty, aggresively confrontational and very upsetting, I have absolutely NOTHING good to say about them or their products, garbage all round really, BUY ELSEWHERE FOLKS.

I have used Carpet Barn (Ferndown) many times & highly recommend them. The service at the store is always very friendly & helpful, with quick & convenient delivery options. The fitter was very pleasant, polite and efficient. He did an excellent job & even offered to help me replace some of the furniture.

We had some good advice when looking for a new mattress from the Christchurch and Ferndown store (where we could try the one we were recommended. Delivery was straight forward and on time.

The carpet job I needed doing was very small and many suppliers never gave me a moment attention, these guys were outstanding phoned back when they said they would quoted me the price and did the work the following week, these guys service I received was what I’d expect if I carpeted my whole, fair play to them for giving the little job such professional service
