Child’s silver egg cup and spoon cost me £430 the engraving is fine but I have to say, I’m somewhat underwhelmed, both items together weigh 38 grams (scrap value under £50) Had I seen and handled this in a shop, I wouldn’t have bought it, it feels a bit cheap, especially the spoon.
Stunning customer service. They have just repolished a 27year old picture frame for me and it looks like new. The protective surface sealant had just started to peel and they have completely redone it. It was returned in a new box with velvet protective cover and to my amazement they waived any charge.
