Boot liner
Ordered rubber boot liner and heard nothing for almost a week. After numerous phone calls( all unanswered) and several emails the mat arrived. Quite good quality. However, it's too small for the boot space, leaving a gap of at least an inch all around! I'm not even going to attempt to return it as I know I won't get anywhere .

Thieves is the only word I can use to describe this company based on my experience and the other customer reviews.
The product was terrible and although made especially for my car still didn't fit (?!?!?!). After numerous emails and MONTHS later I still haven't received a £70+ refund.
Company is a joke, AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Badly fitting products
Ordered a set of car mats for a Kia Niro, mats were delivered in a very timely manner which I was very happy with. The mats received did not fit the car and I reported this to Carsio along with photos. After several emails they replied asking for more pictures which I sent, again after a few emails to them they replied that they believed the mats were suitable for the vehicle but that I could return them at my own expense. I would not recommend using this company as their products are a bad fit and their customer service was awful.
