Everything was excellent!

Let me share my experience. If honestly I am chocked . Let me start that inside car, the car mats was missing, and the one that was on the drivers side had a huge hole in the middle. My windscreen wipers, when I received car was in such a bad condition,that I had no choice but to change them,because rubber on both of them was thorn, that cost me £33! Instead of windscreen washer, was tab water, that after using was leaving white spots all ower the window's. Yesterday I found one wire comming out near passengers seat, it was Samsung charger, half of charger. So I am in a great fear, what would I discover later, if just only in 10 days so many surprises. After all that they call checks of experienced team.

This was the most easiest and hassle free way of purchasing a car. I didnt have to trapse round dealers getting the sales talk. I found the car i liked on the website completed a small form and was signed up for the car within 2 days. They even sorted out my finance. I was informed of everystep and the staff were well informed polite and proffessional. The car was then delivered to my doorstep at an agreed time and date by again a well presented and polite gentleman.. the car was like a shiney new pin and had a tank full of diesel. I Couldnt of been more pleased. I would definately recommend anyone to use Carspring

It was a fabulous experience dealing with car Spring The staff were extremely friendly helpful and honest Mylovely car was delivered on time and by a very friendly driver who had nothing but praise for cars pring even though he didn't actually work for them Theyhsd forgotten to send the logbook so I was unable to tax my car but as soon as I rang they sorted that out within a few hours and even paid my tax for the inconvenience How good is that !!! Well done Carspring for yourself and kindness

Well from start to finish carspring were amazing, they kept me updated with the whole process and beyond, im so happy with my car, the warrenty, the AA cover and even gave me a full tank of petrol. What more can a girl ask for. Brilliant.

Bought the car with a lot of what have I done? After agreeing. Car turned up a day late but was washed and filled with petrol. Drove it and oil light came on,, bought oil and this resolved that issue. spoke to Abid who arranged to refund me for oil. Noticed rear lights were slightly different and again approached Abid, he arranged a new one to match existing and will refund installation of the light by my dealer. Abid has been first class and comes back to you in a very positive and professional manner. So far enjoying the car and experience although nervous and unsure at start I now am pretty confident that I have got what I was looking for and the service better than last time I bought a car local. Would I buy a car from them again? If it was the car I was looking for and price was right , yes I think I would. Abid if your supervisor reads this hope he gives you a bit recognition for great customer care.

Carspring offered a good service from the choice of cars to the administration process.

The only negative was the agreed delivery time was not met.

Ahh..... How to start this review. Buying this car was an experience that did not start well for me, Zuto the company that offered me the Finance for this car, pretty much had no idea or the person was not well informed on how carspring handles their clients. Luckily for me when I contacted carsping, I spoke to a gentleman know as Nkosana Khanye. Now... to be honest, if not for this guy, I've almost changed my mind about the whole thing and cancelled the order. What can I say but thank you, you made things easier and your response to my situation was just amazing. Thank you very much, you made a difference :) the car is lovely..
