Although my car was slightly behind schedule it was still delivered the day originally planned everyone has gone above and beyond their duty to get the mini one I bought to me .

I bought my car in November it is my first car aswell. The service was great from the beginning and even after purchase. Dealers rarely offer support after purchase but this is not the case with Carspring. I had a few issues with the car like one speaker not working properly; this was all fixed without me paying any extra penny. Everything is now working as it should be thanks to the support team (Abid) hence the 5 star rating. Great service great company, leading the way in modern way of buying or selling your car.

I would strongly recommend using Carspring to buy any car as they wont let you down even after purchase.

Wakas helped me throughout the journey and helped me find my car. He was willing to go above and beyond to assist me. This was my first time buying a car on finance but his service had encouraged me to want to come back to carspring, if I ever want to buy a new car in the future. Even when I called up and spoke to someone else I found them just as helpful. Initially I had an issue with the financing company Zuto for an Vauxhall Astra gtc but Wakas advised that he would keep the car on hold for me as long as reasonably possible. He was very understanding and helpful. I eventually chose a different car which was a Nissan Juke Tekna 2011 (machine brown) which was a bit cheaper than the original one I wanted. I'm so glad I made this decision because, I am so in love with my car. The spec is high and in great condition! When making my decision to go for the Juke, Wakas encouraged me to go with what works for me, showing that his aim wasn't just to make money for the company but also help me make a decision that I would be 100% comfortable with. The guy who dropped off the car was also very nice. Great team and would definitely use Carspring again. 100% recommendable! Came with a full tank of petrol, free AA Breakdown cover for 12 months, 6 months warranty and I even found a complementary de-icer kit in the glove compartment! :)

Very quick and smooth process of buying a car.

Received excellent service from Carspring. I was a little sceptical at first as they made first contact with me, and they're a new company that I hadn't heard of before. The service was nice and easy, picked the car up from my home and definitely exceeded my expectations. The bonus for the cars condition was a nice touch aswell. I've already recommended to friends and family, and I'll definitely be a returning customer.

I was very happy to sell my car through Car Spring.
It was a hassle free procedure no worries or stress, they did all the work. They found a buyer For my car and kept thier promise, eveything was so quick and easy.
They transferd the money so quick all I did was sign the papers and hand the keys and car.

Did all they could to get me the car on the day that I wanted, didn't quite work out but was sorted once I could get hold of someone. One criticism - no one to speak to at the weekend!

The first car I saw had already sold but after specifying my needs, Carspring were quick to find me an alternative. There was plenty of communication to make sure everything was sorted and the car was with me a week later- spot on the time slot they said to....it was spotless inside and out with a full tank and after signing the log book...all sorted with no problems or stress- brilliant😊
