Been using cartridge discount for years…

Been using cartridge discount for years with no problems but the last order they supplied a cartridge was not compatible with my printer, there fault. Phoned up to see what could be done and was told I had to report there error within 30 days and was told nothing could be done.I admit I didn’t check the cartridge numbers to see if they were for my printer I just assumed they were as I have done in the past with no problems. I shall not be using Cartridge discount again and this has prompted me to give a negative review.
