I have not received the product yet. I bought the product at the end of the week and the website said it would be delivered on Monday. I sended email and called the store and they gave me the deadline for Friday and so far nothing.

Hi there, Royal Mail is causing utter chaos in our business. We have been using them for 2 years without incident and since January 26th, our orders have started to go missing. As you can see on Trust Pilot and on our eBay account, we are being utterly hammered with negative reviews.
We are now considering leaving Royal Mail for another courier company as the issues seem to be ongoing. We are utterly diligent in our fulfillment everyday and Royal Mail come at 4pm to collect all the orders for that day. The only answers we can get from them so far is that they are training in new staff so maybe that is what is causing the issue. We understand however that we took your money and are responsible for this even though it genuinely is not an issue of our making. Can you please email our customer support email and we will find your order and refund it immediately.
We are very sorry for all of this - we will refund you without delay as soon as you contact our customer service email or telephone support.

Hi Scott - this is fair criticism. We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries and they have lost 2 of our bags lately. We are investigating alternatives as a matter of urgency. Thanks for the feedback - be assured we are working hard to fix this issue with Royal Mail.

Just on the packaging, we ensure to thoroughly wrap the product in bubble wrap and then use several layers of non-see-through polythene packaging to ensure that it is totally impossible for anyone to know what is in the package. We really do understand the importance of privacy and take it very seriously!

Terrible, toy was packaged in a way that anyone could guess what it was, it wasn't in original packaging and to top it all off the toy was broken.
