I have been with the Casting Collective for 12 years. I have had some wonderful jobs through these agents, but best thing about CC is communication and transparency. Each agent is accessible when you want to discuss a project and any concerns.

I've been with Casting Collective for a few years now on multiple productions and as a supporting artist I can say they provide a great service.
The detail provided in their AV checks together with follow up information when booked is thorough and they are always quick to respond/resolve queries.
If you are looking for a casting agency as a supporting artist then you will not go far wrong if you are on their books.

Love this agency.
I joined Casting Collective a couple years back and they have been nothing short of amazing when it comes to getting you castings, communication is one of the best I've had with any casting company too.
Though CC are known for more SA and stand in work, if you are an actor, there are opportunities to also be put forward for featured roles too.
I am currently working as a stand in for a very famous actor organised by Casting Collective and I couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity and work.
Thank you CC team (and to agents James, Priya, Eloise for your help to date). Absolute stars!

Often with Casting Collective one works with very talented, helpful and creative team of people and that is naturally always a good thing! Also it is a possibility to brush up on my acting skills and make amazing new friends & meet potential future collaborators. As I am a director myself, thanks to Casting Collective a learn a lot about filming process at every shoot. Very occasionally I find though that extremely early calls, in fact turn out not to be that essential and human resources & time could be used better.

I was confirmed for a “major film” project and booked for almost the whole of January, only to have each of those dates cancelled a day or two before each shoot.
They booked me for almost the whole of January after telling me to be available for every date of the film project. I did exactly as instructed and made sure that I was available for all the dates even changing some appointments to fit the shoot dates.
I was eventually released from the job with them telling me it was down to the film production team.
No matter who is responsible, this is extremely poor practice and please don’t tell me “that’s just how the business is”.
Because of The Casting Collective I missed out on working on other projects. It was my first job with this agency and I can’t believe that they have treated me so poorly.
It’s not a big deal for them. They already have their job.
Their website claims them to be “the best in the business”.
The best in the business? Prove it to me.
I find this casting agency excellent to deal with, they have secured me multiple days of work on a number of exciting high profile projects including Downton Abbey and Fantastic Four. They are efficient and friendly to deal with and clearly care about what they are doing. Highly recommended!

Good professional casting agency. They stick to the Union pay agreements and don't charge extra membership fees. This looks after the interests of supporting artists. They also don’t have a one strike and you are out rule. Demonstrating a more collaborative mindset with the supporting artists, as compared to a ‘them and us’ attitude. Important because the casting agencies and SAs have mutual interests and so are on the same team. What stands them apart is their platform for personal profiles. As it allows a good number of photos to be uploaded. Although the auto cropping of photos to a particular shape is a nuisance, especially when uploading car photos as these tend to be too wide for the restricted picture frame. This is the only casting agency I have come across that has this issue. Good amount of space to add SPACT info but could do with a separate 'Bio' info area. The Availablilty process is clear and simple. Since all the information is contained in the original e-mail. No need to open a separate link, which disappears after a while if not used. Meaning you can't refer back to the info at later dates but this is not the case with Casting Collective. They also don't send out last minute Availability requests. Instead providing plenty of advance warning and ample time to respond.

What a great organisation! professional and communicative. The team are quick to respond and help with any queries. I`ve had the best year as an SA so far, with Casting Collective. I`m looking forward to working with them in 2025, thanks for all your support. Vedy Probert

I've had a generally positive experience with The Casting Collective. The staff are friendly and responsive, and I've been fortunate to land some great jobs through them. They handle communications and payments efficiently, and always strive to keep me informed, even when things are uncertain. However, there have been instances of last-minute changes and unclear emails that can be frustrating. Overall, their professional approach and the opportunities they provide outweigh the occasional hiccups, making them a solid choice for anyone seeking work in this industry.

I have been working with several agents and Casting Collective always excel. They are most organised, communicate clearly and, make timely payments. All casting reps are pleasant to deal with as well. I would recommend Casting Collective to anyone considering signing up with them.

I belong to several agencies and whilst I only had my first job through Casting Collective in September and October 2024, it was the most extensive I have had to date with 13 days filming in total. I was paid well within the anticipated times, the communications were good and all instructions were clear and concise. Everyone involved was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to being involved in many more projects with Casting Collective in the future, particularly if they go as smoothly as this.

Fairly new to CC but already feel part of the family. They are supremely professional & show considerable courtesy, work has been prolific & of the highest standard, happy to be part of the team.

I genuinely love this agency. They are the first guys I signed up with on a chance filming on George Clooney’s Boys in the Boat. There was a shout out in the Wiltshire area for people who would like to be extras. I was a mum of two young children at home and I thought why not. The two days filming was an incredible once in a lifetime filming. The day was beautiful, over looking still water from the lake in the bright sunshine and blue sky. There were about 700 extras I think, and whoever I spoke to, everyone of them was absolutely lovely and shared with me their incredible stories of being an SA. Casting Collective then kindly added me to their books. CC have really great communication with you. If there are any hiccups with a job, they are apologetic and sincere and make you feel like more than just a number on the books. I would highly recommend them as an agency and a kind and thoughtful family of individuals.

I have been registered with Casting Collective since 2012. In my experience, they are one of the best regarding offers of work, communication and response to queries. They are very helpful and understanding and payments are always made on time.
I would recommend that anybody starting up as an SA has Casting Collective at the top of their list of agents.
