Cast Iron Radiator Centre Reviews 

I purchased 2 cast iron radiators plus 2 pair of valves. Really pleased with the quality. I fitted them myself and they were easy to do. Delivered on the day I requested and were very well wrapped. I would buy from them again.

Simple ordering, reasonably quick delivery and really good product.

The radiators I have ordered are definitely high quality, beautifully finished and well assembled. Everything arrived on two separately packed pallets. All radiators were wrapped separately and very well protected from any potential damages. All extra smaller parts I have ordered arrived in the additional box with all instructions included.
The ordering process was very simple. I have put additional notes in the relevant order form specifying my order requirements. The Cast Iron Radiators Centre team really payed attention to my instructions and everything arrived exactly as I have ordered. The original estimated delivery date was approximately 4 weeks from order took place. To my surprise the order was ready for dispatch after only 1 week. I have received call from one of the team members of the CIRC and we arranged new early delivery date. Everything is at home already and waiting for installation. I am still planning additional extension to our property and I will definitely order next radiators from The Cast Iron Radiator Centre in the next time. Brilliant Service… Good job and thank you.

Excellent service. Had a damaged radiator on delivery - extremely quick response in issuing a replacement and no quibbles around who might have damaged it etc.

Great product, great customer service, great value. Everything a customer should expect but often doesn’t receive.

After my sister bought 2 tall Princess radiator and seeing how well made they were, i purchased 3 of different height and width and can honestly say it was a pleasure dealing with the Cast Iron Radiator Centre.. Weeks after i placed my order, i then selected all the required fittings and chose to have them included with the delivery and was pleased to find every item packaged together in a larger, well protected box...
The only downside was by the delivery company who failed to deliver on the day and date given and when contacted came out with some cock and bull excuse so delivered a day late but must say the driver was very helpful but no blame can be laid with the CIRC...

The Cast Iron Radiator Centre did a superb job from the simple to use website to keeping us informed of the progress of our order. The radiators are fantastic and look great.

Totally easy website to navigate and purchase the items required. The CIRC recommend all you need to make your purchases and the whole process is childs play. The radiators themselves are stunning and make a valuable addition to the home. I only wish I had ordered them sooner so as to have enjoyed them more!

My new radiators are absolutely fabulous. They match the style of our home perfectly, and I’m so pleased I spotted them in our neighbour’s hallway. Advice and service from the company was spot on. If there was a problem it was the weight - as I didn’t manage to co-ordinate delivery and fitting I had to call on a local removal company to shift them from the kerbside into the house. This wouldn’t have been a problem if the fitting and delivery had been co-ordinated. Be warned....at least 2 strong bodies needed to move these beasts.....but once fitted they won’t be moving!!!!!!
