Scrupulously honest
Great customer service. I sent back a radiator but told them it was the smaller cheaper one, when they received it they noticed my error and refunded me the cost of the larger more expensive radiator. Well spotted and scrupulously honest.

Leaking after 2 years
Don't buy this product if you live in a hard water area and therefor with slightly higher pH naturally and are not in the habit of measuring the pH of your system every year. I mean who measures the pH of their system! Gaskets will leak after 2 to 3 years. Fair enough they replaced the first set after 2 years exactly the same has happened in the second set. Edpm gaskets between leaves where installed porely on arrival and even though putting plenty of inhibitor in they are now leaking. Will be looking for a more premium product that is manufactured in Europe and uses the traditional paper gaskets like the ones in school that are 60 years old and still don't leak.

Really happy with the purchase. We ordered two cast iron radiators and various accessories. The quality of the products is excellent. The customer service is great as well as the delivery company. Our plumber had no problem at all to install the new radiators. So we definitely recommend this shop.
