I’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience with Castle Hot Tubs, and I want to give special thanks to both Toni, the manager, and Mark, the technician who carried out the repairs.
Toni was incredibly helpful from the very beginning, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly.
Mark was equally impressive, he carried out the repairs with real professionalism and skill, and his knowledge in diagnosing the problem was outstanding.
Between Toni’s exceptional customer service and Mark’s expert workmanship, Castle Hot Tubs has truly exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable products and top‑tier service.

The crew that installed my new hot tub were fantastic, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and made sure I was proficient in all aspects of the controls, chemical balancing and maintenance. Thank you guys you are a credit to your company.

We had our hot tub supplied and fitted by Castle Hot Tubs, and after five years the PCB needed replacing. It took a few visits to get everything sorted, but the end result was worth it.

I do feel it’s only fair to mention that I had to query pricing on a couple of occasions. I was initially quoted £499 for the replacement PCB, but found the same part available through Castle Hot Tubs online for £418, which they honoured when I raised it. I was also originally overcharged for labour (£120 instead of £85, as the tub was installed by them), but this was corrected without issue once pointed out. While both were resolved, it would have been better not to have to challenge these in the first place.

That said, communication overall was good, and the real standout was Josh, the engineer who attended on the final visits. He was absolutely superb—professional, polite, and clearly very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to get everything working properly and made sure we were completely happy before leaving.

Thanks to his efforts, the hot tub is now back up and running perfectly, and he genuinely restored our confidence in the company. A real credit to the team.

Overall, a positive experience in the end, with excellent service from Josh.

Paul turned up as planned to carry out our annual hot tub service, which he completed without issue. He was polite and worked hard for a few hours to ensure that our tub was left clean and serviced for another year.

Excellent and efficient service, explained what was done and why.

Josh the fitter tried to resolve the problem of my hot tub surging after fitting a new circulation pump. He eventually sought the help of another senior fitter . They stripped out several parts before they found the problem. I was pleasantly surprised by the invoice as I thought the amount of time they spent rectifying the problem was going to be expensive!! Top marks to Josh and his colleague.
