Excellent service a customer service

We were recommended to Castle Hot Tubs after acquiring a hot tub on moving house. They are always friendly, helpful and efficient. Paul serviced the tub and has returned a couple of times since to carry out a spa refresh and do any necessary adjustments, all done with a polite and friendly manner. He patiently answers my questions on water treatments etc (probably the same ones every time!) and offers friendly advice if asked. Can highly recommend.

Steff from castle hot tubs as arranged completed our full service and replaced heat pump. He arrived on time was very polite and competent at his job. While here o asked him several questions which he answered very well with very good knowledge. Would highly recommend to anyone and will be using again next year

Excellent hot tub service and repair today by Paul. Very professional, friendly and informative.

As a holiday cottage owner, when we have issues with our swim spa we really need swift, efficient support. Our 6,000 litre spa developed a serious leak and our worry was palpable as our next guests were due in. I messaged Castle Hot Tubs during 'out of hours' with the hope my plight would be answered in the morning, but I immediately received a reply that a service technician (Paul) would be with us first thing in the morning. The next morning Paul arrival and the repair was very swiftly undertaken and our spa was back up and running again very quickly indeed. I can't praise this service enough, it's so reassuring to have Castle Hot Tubs looking after us. Thank you so much. Jon - LFC.

Steffan replaced 3 pumps on hot tub which was bought from another supplier ,nothing was too much trouble and the service both from steffan and castle hot tubs was impeccable

We love our hot tub thank you. The guys were all so professional and nothing was to much trouble. Friendly, funny and very accommodating. Highly recommend and the show room is worth a visit to Tony , who also was lovely and not a forced sales man pitch.
The after sales service was excellent also, our silly big pup, enjoyed the foam that was put on the ipes behind and they came as soon as i reported and replaced on this occasion with no charge! Thank you all.

Steff called me before he arrived to confirm he would be on time, was warming and friendly as always and do a great job while on site. Great service, super professional and always with a smile. Steff is a credit to the business, Castle have been excellent from the first time we visited the showroom- would strongly recommend them.
