Lovely radiators
Lovely radiators. Long delivery time. Delivery was poor: no notice, nobody knocked when it arrived and I just happened to notice a pallet literally left on the street. Nobody asked my to sign.

Thank you for your review, I'm sorry that you feel that our delivery service wasn't up to scratch on this occasion. We've contacted the delivery company and they have confirmed that the pallet was left with 3 tradesmen on site, one of whom signed for it. They then started to unpack the pallet to make sure everything was in good order. Is it possible that this information wasn't passed on to you by the tradesmen on the day?

Terrible! Waste of time and effort!
Phoned customer service in Jan to take advantage of the sale event. Was looking to purchase a few radiators but couldn't take immediate delivery. I was told it wasn't a problem and to call back later and the discount would be honoured. Prices have now gone up 17.8% as of Feb on my order. Wont honour what was said in Jan. Terrible service! A company who can raises prices by that amount should be avoided. Exactly why we have inflation and cost of living crisis.

I'm really sorry that you feel let down Stewart.
We did put in a price rise on 1st February. It was 3% on average, lower than inflation. The particular model you were interested in is one that we have moved casting of from Turkey to England over the past twelve months, so that one model (Mercury 4 Column 460mm) had a higher-than-average increase to reflect the higher purchase price. It's our long-term strategy to onshore as much of our casting as possible.
We did offer to carry over the 10% sale discount, but we refused to carry that discount onto the old pricing because you didn't already have a quote - you only called with an explorator query (when we said we'd keep the 10% discount open to you) but we didn't know more than that. If you had a pre-existing quote, we would usually honour those prices even beyond the 14 day validity that we advise on our docs.

Great experience - as always! I have found I can always rely on Castrads to provide me with excellent option for radiators for my property. Customer service is great and the 2 man delivery to the property was very useful. The delivery drivers were very attentive to check where I wanted these placed in the property, and also talked through all the additional accessories I had ordered. Additionally, following my order I requested some more information on how I could extend one of the radiators I ordered to include more sections, and the customer service team were very quick to reply and provide me with various options! Thanks again for a great service!
