The service was excellent from start to finish. Responses to my enquiries were prompt. I ordered several grease mesh filters some of which were made to measure requests. All were made and sent within days! I would definitely recommend them.

While wondering what to do in regards to an additional door for the porch to create a cat trap, Jodie helped us by advising we could have grills on the gate we already have. The gate now looks super smart and we can have the front door open in summer without gaining bugs and losing the cats.

After spending time looking for the cheapest suppler i stumbled across CHS who were the cheapest i could find by far. They offered a great service and delivered next day. Throughout the transaction was kept well informed and when the product arrived, it arrived in perfect condition exactly as advertised!

Not reliable company
Not reliable company, bought two brand new display fridges, both weren't working. It was a horrendous customer experience to try to get the situation sorted. Warranty services only via email nobody can't help you on the phone. Fridge were fixed after 2 days, but I had to contact the company manufacture to help out and send the engineers and in less than 3 months the fridge is broken again, approach the company again, team staff not helpful.
Not recommended,rude staff and absolutely not reliable.

I have ordered freezer from this company on 04/05/23 and I am very disappointed with the way they treat customer and I am regret of not checking the reviews before purchasing,company did not arrange the delivery slot with us and all of the sudden on 13/05/23 I received the call from the driver that we are waiting in front of your shop.
I have contacted to company to discuss this matter and complained that why you did not arrange the delivery before, even i asked them to speak to driver and wait for a bit longer as I was far away from the shop. customer service was very rude to me no apologising at all and hang up the phone so i have even emailed them to speak to management side no responsibility at all nobody back to me.Finally I had no choice and I had to rearrange my delivery again with £79 +VAT because they hold my goods and not respond to my request. Totally un organised system with not professional service

If your order has been sent on our next day delivery service. This will be a pavement drop, between 8am & 6pm. We cannot offer a book-in call or ETA. If no one is on site to receive the goods when delivery is made, it will be aborted, and charges may apply. This is all stated within our delivery information which is sent over when you place your order. The drivers cannot wait longer than 10-15mins due to them having a number of other deliveries to make in the day. We are sorry that on this occasion we have not met your expectations.

There is a reason they are cheap , please do not use diabolical organisation that will lie and sell cheap with no customer care or aftersales , if a product is damaged or wrong you will be stuck , worst I've dealt with for a long time.
I have had to ammend my review after seeing your reply , I have bought 3 items off you only 1 was OK the first 1 . The second order was 2 items , both had faults, this is when problems started, The unit was left where you dropped it off , and the number of times I contacted you and you did not reply,
replied but got details incorrect, told me a orders where dealing with not warranty and vice verso etc you just fobbed me off only to be told eventually that Atoza the manufacturer laughed at the idea of taking the unit back, which was the lie , I have spoken to Atoza to find you did not converse with the as you said . My review is accurate, and there are many more similar stories, I have given a totally fair and unbiased review . Your staff are atrocious , will not take ownership of a problem . I'm happy to discuss and back up review with evidence at any point. People need to warned about you . My review is not alone is it , many more have had a similar experience reading other reviews

Afternoon Geraint, please accept our apologies you feel this way. We accept returns if the unit is incorrect however they do come with a restock fee from our suppliers, we also ask that any damages are reported within 24 hours of delivery otherwise it is invalid. Looking at the history it looks like you wanted to return a unit that was left outside in the rain, unfortunately this is out of our control with our supplier refusing to accept this unit back due to it being left outside in the rain. We are sorry that on this occasion we have not met your expectations.
