Good customer service and quality of goods

Ordered a miraculous bracelet for men. Its exactly as shown in images. Very light weight and easy to wear and remove. Delivery was very quick by first class. Thank you.

Ordered a rosary 3rd June. Next day got "no reply email" saying order wasn't complete/payment didin't go through. Checked bank account. Payment made 4th June 2025. Order no. CGS-251446 generated by their own website!! No phone number to call, just a generic online form going into the abyss probably. Wouldn't recommend using.
Update: Following this email got email confirming order dispatch and rec'd item 5/6. Rosary was significantly smaller than expected (I should have checked - bought in rush) and was broken (cross with a few chain pieces was detached from rosary!). No returns policy/contact on web page. As it is a gift for someone else who is Catholic & ill, chose to try & fix using a small pliers. Wish I hadn't used this organisation.

I ordered a genuine hematite rosary with a centre piece that was supposed to contain Lourdes water. However, when I received the item I noticed that there was no Lourdes water contained in the centre piece, it had fallen out or something but that doesn't matter. Things happen. I think what's important here is how the issue was dealt with.

I contacted support and sent them a message via their website explaining the issue and they got back to me very quickly next day. They asked that I send them a screenshot of the rosary which I was happy to do and also asked in their first response if I wanted a replacement. I took a screenshot as well as one with an extreme close up of the centre piece and responded to the email.

They got back to me very quickly on the same day apologising and also advising that a replacement would be sent out at no further cost to me. I received the replacement today and it contained the Lourdes water in the centre piece and I am so pleased. Very quick delivery and exceptional customer service, that's what it's all about so a huge thank you and highly recommended. Whatever happens, it's all about customer service!!

All the items I ordered are absolutely beautiful. When I opened my package I was really impressed as to how well everything was packaged. The lovely purple tissue wrapping paper. The gorgeous wee bags. It was so lovely to receive the four complimentary prayer cards and the money off voucher. The staff are lovely to deal with. A very well deserved 5 stars from me and I will definitely be ordering more items very soon. If you are looking for an amazing gift. I recommend the Catholic Gift Shop.

Ordered on the Tuesday afternoon and received the following afternoon with excellent email communication regarding dispatch. Beautifully packaged, well packaged and protected. Some gorgeous little extras inside.
