It is a great privilege and a pleasure to order from the Lourdes Gift Shop. Lourdes is a very special place for pilgrims from all over the world, brought to Lourdes by Saint Bernadette. This is why Lourdes is so special.

I have to edit my previous review, shown below. The Catholic Gift Shop respond to my email and said that they had only 3 of the rosaries that I had ordered and apologised for sending 2 substitutes without first consulting me. They said that they were expecting a new stock delivery any day and that they would send the 2 rosaries as soon as they arrived. This they did and also told me to keep the 2 that were wrongly sent. I thanked them, but did make the point that the phone ought to be answered and perhaps emails responded to more quickly...especially if the phone goes unanswered. It was the inability to converse with anyone that raised my concerns and lead to the poor experience rating I made here. Anyway, all's well that ends well.

Very disappointed. I ordered five identical rosaries as gifts for a group of people and only three arrived in the style as ordered. The other two were different styles and aren't as nice. I can no longer find the ones I ordered on the website, so it's possible that I had the last three, but If that were the case, then I would have expected somebody to contact me, explain the situation and allow me to either cancel the order, or select the replacement two rosaries. I really don’t expect them to take a chance and send me what they think might be ok. When the delivery arrived, there was a card inside with an 0800 contact phone number, but having tried calling this multiple times, the phone doesn't get answered. I have sent an email to the email address that confirmed my order and advised that delivery was on it's way, but have received no response. I've paid £91.32 for these five rosaries and my disappointment is turning to frustration and anger as I can't get a response. The rosaries were required for Easter, so time is running out. Very unhappy.

Never had a problem. Delivered as ordered. Information received as soon as consignment dispatched.

Errata corrige: Premettendo che avevo dato una pessima recensione sia all'azienda "Direct from Lourdes, sia alla "Catholic Gift Shop", mi sono ricreduta, dato che Catholic Gift Shop Ltd. ha dimostrato di essere alla fin fine un'azienda seria che prende in considerazione le istanze di chi (la sottoscritta) ha inviato una donazione esagerata (€100 Euro invece di €10) per errore per la mera richiesta di consegnare una preghiera urgente alla Grotta di Lourdes. Riconoscendo l'errore, Catholic Gift Shop ha inviato oggi stesso il rimborso di €90,00 per cui ringrazio e mi scuso per le precedenti recensioni! T.C.

Errata Corrige: I would like to change my last two (2) reviews which were rather negative probably due to a gross misunderstanding or some technical mishap. "Direct from Lourdes" and "Catholic Gift Shop Ltd." finally refunded today the €90,00 difference due me for an excessive donation I mistakenly sent for the mere request of delivering an urgent prayer to the Grotto in Lourdes. After several mishaps, Catholic Gift Shop Ltd. did send me the refund and for this I thank them and apologize for the less than flattering prior review I wrote about both "Direct from Lourdes" and "Catholic Gift Shop". I bought my wife a Rosary, which unfortunately kept falling apart (which is NOT the fault of the Catholicgiftshop). After some confusion where my emails went into spam folders, Paul has helped us to sort the issue out.

Despite these issues, Paul and his team have done everything they can to help us and we are very happy and will DEFINITELY be back again!
