I had such a wonderful bespoke facial with Elena. She is incredibly knowledgeable in skincare and gives a very personalised treatment, especially as I’m currently pregnant and my treatment options are limited. I’ll be returning client, thank you!

Elena, the therapist, provided an excellent treatment and was friendly and warm in approach. I recommend her unreservedly.
The experience was marred by the long wait which was disappointing. The treatment was late by almost an hour which caused problems for me at home as I have a disabled child. Elena tried her best to alleviate the fallout. It was hard for her too.

I really enjoyed my hydra facial with Elena, I left the session feeling very relaxed and my skin felt rejuvenated. We spoke about my skin condition and ways to maintain good moisture levels especially with the cold weather. She also recommended some skin care routines and products. I will be booking my next treatment with Elena again

I was referred to Cavendish Clinic by a John Lewis personal stylist and I must say I made the best decision going in for a treatment.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and relaxed through the whole appointment.
I had initially gone in for the signature Hydrafacial but my aesthetician, Elena, took a look at my skin and recommended a different treatment based on her examination. She explained very clearly why we were going a different route and talked me through the entire process as she went along.
I left the clinic feeling like a whole new woman! 5 stars from me and I will be returning for further treatments.

I have been a regular client since 2018 and it helps to be able to discuss any concerns or questions about my skin. Our skins always go through ups and downs but for me its important to do the treatments in a place I feel comfortable and see the good changes for what you are paying. All staff are kind, friendly and professional.

I had a hydrafacial performed by Elena at Fitzrovia Clinic, that was the best facial I ever had. My skin is glowing, I feel rejuvenated!

Kasia did my fat freezing and she was awesome. I was very nervous she was kind, patient and helped me feel relaxed and now I feel gorgeous. Great results and I highly recommend her.

My mum and I visited the clinic on Saturday for a consultation and it couldn’t have been any better, thanks to Elena. She explained everything clearly and explained treatments that she would recommend based on the results we wanted. She was so lovely and we’ve now booked in for one of many treatments! Just got back from my 3 month Coolsculpting review and have to say the results were better than expected. I only did 2 small pouches at the bra roll area but was so self conscious wearing anything tight as no bra seemed to look like it fit, now I feel great and am thinking about doing my lower belly next.

I recently visited the Glasgow branch for a HydraFacial and had a wonderful experience. The clinic is lovely and the staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable, it was my first HydraFacial and they took the time to explain the process and the benefits. The results were fab and my skin looked and felt amazing afterwards.

I had a hydro facial with Claire in the Milton Keynes clinic. It was such an enjoyable experience and Claire explained the treatment each step of the way. My skin felt amazing afterwards and I look forward to my next treatment.

I had a coolsculpt treatment on my arms and was extremely disappointed with the results.
I was promised a follow up on a solution but sadly nothing ever followed.
The staff were friendly, however felt like an empty promise given the lack of follow up or offer of a resolution.

After chatting with Kiran at the Southampton clinic in John Lewis, I booked a course of hydrafacials.
At my first appointment, Kiran explained step by step what would happen and now to look after my skin afterwards.
Kiran made me feel relaxed and gave me loads of great advice.
My course has now finished but the change in my skin is unbelievable. I will definitely be going back to see Kiran soon - thank-you for all your help and advice.

Last week I had my first hydro facial at the cavendish clinic in John Lewis in Southampton. Kiran was so knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed. She explained step by step the process and what products she will use etc. My skin never felt so radiant and healthy. I would definitely recommend the Cavendish team at Westquay to my friends and family.
