Wonderful consultation and hydrafacial with the lovely and knowledgeable Elena. She talked me through each step, gave good tips and recommendations and I left with lovely glowy and clear skin - would definitely recommend!

Great service and very attentive. I love the attention provided. Jade will not only provide the treatment but also goes above and beyond to make your experience comfortable and relaxing. Jade will bring you some food and drinks when you have a long session. The sessions themselves are delivered gently as possible and Jade is always checking with you for any pain and discomfort, and will ensure you are enjoying your experience. The results have been amazing and Jade gives really good, honest advice and tips for the area you are treating as well as any other areas you are considering.

Unprofessional, cheap quality with a price tag that changes depending on the day. I got quoted for a course of treatments and then got told 2 different prices by different people in the course of a week. When I asked the Manager to clarify she told she doesn't know what it is today, that management has changed and they don't know what they are doing. So unprofessional to even be told that, I will not be returning anymore.

I have had several treatments at the Cavendish Clinic in Parson’s Green. Hydrafacial is a super treatment to ‘reset’ the skin several times a year. Natalia and Katie are professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend CC.

Coolsculpting treatment is not worth it IN MY OPINION.
I had to travel an hour and half to my sessions of coolsculpting I had Jade perform mine.
The clinic are very unreasonable when it comes to not seeing ANY results. I would also like to point out that I was also exercising to help speed up the process... this is something that is recommended to do afterwards...BUT NOTHING HAPPENED.
in terms of follow ups the clinics are slow, I went back there and still left with nothing but disappointed, embarrassment and -£1500 pounds. The clinic mention that its not their responsibility if the treatment does not work, I asked for proof of this in the contract I signed and it doesn't mention anything like this. I deserve something after what this treatment has put me through, physically and mentally. Currently no weight has shifted, I'm still going to the gym and still eating correctly I haven't lost or gained any weight I had this treatment over a year ago... my weight use to fluctuate but now it doesn't since this treatment...but they have promised me that this has got nothing to do with the treatment... however this still doesn't change the fact that since this treatment I have experienced these issues.

Jade called me today 27.1.23 following this review to explain further- I could have had more applications to see a better result (fair enough)... of course this would be more money which i do not have. it was from my understanding that what i had done should have been enough...but unfortunately it wasn't!

Jade has now offered a treatment at a reduced rate which I am still thinking about taking and also seeing a weight loss doctor which is definitely appreciated.

The best place to do cool sculpting, Jade was amazing she took care of my full treatment and I am very happy with my results!

Elena was excellent. She explained every step of the HydraFacial as we went along and totally put me at ease. Very attentive and very knowledgeable. Would definitely go back!

Went in for the CoolSculpting Elite! Ruby was amazing - kind and confident approach and really informative. Clinic looks great and the treatment room private so felt totally comfortable and assured throughout. Looking forward to seeing the results - it’s been a week and can already see some difference!
