I paid a deposit but am now concerned about the level of service.

If all services are like their customer services ....well this is concerning.

The consultation on site was fine. They then arranged a telephone appointment for Thursday 27 March. I was advised the doctor would call me at 16:15 but got the call at 16:40 when I was busy. Nobody bothered to tell me about a longer window.

We arranged a new call but they ended up trying to call me on other days.

Today is the day of the call. The window was between 15:30 and 18:30. I got a call at 15:15. I would have managed to get the call if it was not that they could not be bothered to ring for more than two seconds. People need time to leave an open plan and with such a big window they cannot be expected to sit by the phone.

I tried to call back. Spoke to someone but then received another call from another department who was not aware of anything had already been said.

I am really scared and do not want to progress.

Bought a gift card. Website fast tracks you to payment without asking would you like a card listed. Ended up it doesn’t do postal. Instead I have this bizarre rigmarole I don’t understand in order to redeem it. Cavendish don’t seem to have a clue.

This company is horrible please do not even go for consultation!! They have someone who has no clue about procedures selling it for you and then even when you dont even need as many procedures they wont refund you.

Wish I had done more research before booking here. Cavendish Clinic is no results. They pressure you into paying upfront for expensive treatments that do absolutely nothing. The clinic itself feels cheap and underwhelming. Once they have your money, they completely lose interest and just try to sell you more sessions instead of addressing concerns. Total waste. There are so many better clinics out there—don’t make the same mistake I did.

I had a refund that needed to be processed that wasn’t being actioned very fast. I spoke to Marcelle and she was absolutely fantastic, keeping me updated throughout the day on the status of the refund & went completely above and beyond. Really appreciate all the help!

I had the pleasure of experiencing another wonderful facial with Baneeta at Cavendish Clinic in John Lewis Edinburgh on Sunday (02/03/25) at 10 am. With Baneeta’s magic touch, I truly felt like my skin was deeply cleansed and cared for, leaving my face radiantly refreshed for days. Was a-bit hesitant to start the coolsculpting treatment, I had tried other treatments which did not give results for my stubborn inner thigh fat but after my first session Ive seen amazing results with Coolsculpting! Highly recommend it.

I visited for a Hydrafacial recently and it was an exceptional experience, the clinic has a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately puts you ease.
The staff were incredibly professional and took time to understand my skin concerns and treated accordingly. The facial was relaxing and rejuvenating. I have already booked my next appointment and am so happy to have found this gem.

I visited the Cavendish Clinic for a Hydra Facial the team were really professional and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable as soon as I arrived. The hydra facial was so deep and really cleaned my pores and super hydrated my face leaving me with a red carpet worthy glow. My skin also felt more plump and fine lines looked reduced. Would recommend this treatment.

Honestly one of the best hydrafacials I have ever had. The whole experience from start to finish was professional, and informative. My skin is transformed, & I received guidance on products and future treatments that serve my skin. Highly recommend :)

Marcelle who works in Cavendish Fitzrovia flagship branch answered the phone and was so lovely! She was kind helpful and listened to my concerns. I had advised her i had already been cut off twice. She gave me her watsapp number and messaged me straight away!
She then spoke to her manager and messaged me back with all the relevant details. She had sorted all my concerns and everything went smoothly!
She really helped me a lot and is an asset to your team!
Also to mention the manager Sammy at Cheadle branch was so lovely and welcoming when I returned and so was the original lady who did my facial Armita
