I had a hydrafacial treatment and my goodness, my skin has never felt like this! It feels so new and so fresh. I had my treatment with Víctor, and honestly couldn’t thank him enough. He was attentive and explained every step during the treatment as well as going into detail about my skin. Will definitely be coming back frequently.

amazing experience, super happy
I recently had an amazing experience with micro-needling and the procedure was careful and the results were noticeable after just one session. The clinic was also looked after very well and I would highly recommend for a skincare treatment!

Tries to sell services which are not available …
This company takes payments for treatments it doesn't provide in certain clinics, even though they are listed on their website. Would they give it back, it became an absolute nightmare. I didn't know whether they were completely incompetent, at best, or whether keeping hold of customer funds was a policy - fraudulent, are worst. My advise, stay away, too risky.
Every company makes mistakes, but its how the company recognises, learns from these mistakes and changes their practices. Don't know about their treatment, never got that far.

Awful experience
I had a facial at the John Lewis Southampton Cavendish Clinic. I say clinic, I was sat in a chair in the middle of John Lewis amongst all the other shoppers. As soon as I sat down, the therapist went into the hard sell of their treatments and products basically dissing all other brands that have been around for many years. This was possibly the worst facial I’ve ever had. The treatment itself was very rushed with a harsh application method. On top of that, the therapist walked off several times (not sure why) and was clearly full of cold. I can honestly say I won’t be returning. Awful.

Excellent experience with Cavendish Clinic in Edinburgh for Coolscultping and Hydrafacial
I’ve recently undergone a series of Coolsculpting treatments with Katya and the Cavendish Clinic, as well as a Hydrafacial and couldn’t have had a better experience. The Clinic itself is really clean and comfortable and Katya was wonderful - incredibly friendly and professional, she made me feel very ant ease and informed at all points of my various treatments. I couldn’t recommend her and the Cavendish Clinic highly enough and am looking forward to going back for my next Hydrafacial!

I’ve been to the cavendish clinic a few times. Great customer service they go the extra mile to create a lovely experience. Their prices are still competitive so you do get a lot for your money. Had the keravive & hydrafacial with Myriam- highly recommend.

The cosmetologist Alla recommended…
The Beautician Alla recommended vacuum cleaning of hydrafacial. I didn’t make up my mind right away; I read a lot about this procedure and asked Alla a lot of questions.
Fortunately, all my fears were not justified. Vacuum cleaning is exactly what skin like mine needs. I recommend it to anyone who has problems.
You immediately feel how the skin seems to become lighter, and after the procedure it is a pleasure and, most importantly, it is pleasant to look at yourself in the mirror afterward. Thanks a lot!

Coolsculpting did not work
I had CoolSculpting to reduce tummy fat , that had zero impact, no difference was seen. The technician spent a long time taking before and after photos (after were taken twice a month apart) but Cavendish staff then told me that these photos were insufficient to show whether the treatment had worked or not. The company then offered me 4 complimentary treatments of Emsculpt Neo instead, which were uncomfortable and also made zero difference. £900 down the drain. Please just be conscious that these treatments obviously do not work for everyone.
