Richard Manley and his team were easy to deal and sold my late Mothers estate fast and efficiently updating me and able to update the purchaser and not lose the sale whilst waiting for Probate.

My Wife and I recently sold a property through Cavendish Manley, they were very pleasant to deal with, totally realistic in terms of valuation, very efficient, enthusiastic providing us with good feedback every step of the way through the process and we were very impressed by the service and support that they provided and we would therefore not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone else seeking to sell or buy a property in this area. This is the second time that we have had cause to use Cavendish Manley in recent times selling our parents properties to fund ongoing care bills and on both occasions they have been brilliant for us during difficult periods when our priorities have been focused on vulnerable family members and their care needs.
