Friendly efficient team in Ellesmere Port
Really helpful and efficient from beginning to end of our house sale. No matter who we spoke to in the office they could always update us and we even managed to complete the sale in lockdown.

Sold very quickly with two confirmed offers dealt with by Mr Manley. All negotiations were relayed to me during the course of the Sale process, not without minor issues which were very quickly dealt with. Due to to the lock down issues could have taken very much longer to deal with but any issues were dealt with immediately physically taking documents by hand.excellent service by all the Staff. Would highly recommend as very friendly and efficient.

It has been a long process as we had a few hurdles to jump.
I have bought and sold a few houses over the years and usually had to do the chasing, NOT this time. I have to single out Lynzi as I dealt with you the most but you all worked as a team to keep me informed and to chase me if it where ever needed. I live 300 miles from the property being sold so your support has been essential for me and I can't thank you enough. I know that the company earns its reward as a %, some question the amount but this has been well Justified and I strongly recommend your services. You are all professional and courteous.
