So pleased we chose Cavendish Manley to sell our home. Initially we considered a low-cost online-only estate agent, as the value a professional established estate agent like Cavendish bring isn’t apparent until after offers have been made. Our sale was complicated by COVID-19 lockdown, the chain fell through and was then re-established, and significant chasing of solicitors was required. The staff at Cavendish were always on the ball, they kept us informed (calls and email), chased the chain and essentially made sure our sale completed. In addition, their marketing of the property was highly professional and we benefited from their advice and experience. 5 Stars.

House sale good advice
Katie and all the staff at Cavendish Manley were very good and helpful. I received excellent advice which achieved an early buyer. Everything that Katie said they would do, they did. As the house was empty they kept me informed of any visits to the property. All the staff were more than willing to answer any questions I had. I can't thank them enough for making something that could have been very stressful much better than I thought it would be.
