Excellent Service
This is the second occasion we have used Cavendish Manley in Little Sutton, and have been very pleased with the excellent service that we have been given. From Mr Manley himself to the girls in the office, everyone has been very helpful and friendly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Cavendish Manley, and have already done so to a relative who has had the same good service, and quick sale.

Highly recommended
Although we are yet to move into our property (roll on 31st) Cavendish have been really helpful from the get go of searching for a property through to the end where we are now. Barbara has been an angel from the get go. It's nice to see the same staff stick around especially when it turns out the people in the little sutton branch helped sell my mum's house back in 1999!
We've had viewings with who I believe is Mr Manley himself at other properties. They are informative helpful and genuine (It doesn't feel sales-like) unlike with their neighbours.
Thank you. I would not hesitate to buy a property through you nor sell in the future. Thank you so much Barbara and all at Cavendish Manley.
