I have been dealing with Caye bank for 2 years now and I really appreciate the quick response, efficiency and great over all service, Sherlet Gonzalez is professional and even in her Email she is always Kindly greets me before getting down to business. Being far away and having a friendly efficient caring person with the best service gives me peace of mind and Sherlet always gives great advice and direction, Sherlet is Awesome, wish my regular bank was just as kind and efficient, thank you for all you do SHERLET!!!

I have been looking for an offshore bank for months and decided to go with Caye International Bank in Belize

I gathered to necessary documents to qualify for my account...(took me 2 months, due to extreme demands of transparency by the bank), but once submitted to the bank, all went very fast, and I specially have to mention Seidy Acosta, who was very helpfull, clear and extremely fast working...some answers came within the minut of my cuestions...you do not see that very often

Easy to open an account and an understandable process.

So unlike most institutions, where you have ok, here is a list of what you need, etc... and then constantly adding additional requirements, here it was clear what you need, we will evaluate it, and open an account if you meet the requirements

Communication in general, but specially with Mrs Chealsea Babb is extreme professionalism. For just a personal view it would be awesome if you had some automated actions in the web banking

I have been able to experience that there is constant support at all levels. In the case of outgoing transfers I have been able to appreciate the assistance of Sherlet Gonzales. It is a scrupulous bank as well as the workers and this is a good thing. I only make a small note regarding the flexibility and speed that could be improved. But overall the level is excellent.

Sherlet G has been excellent regarding dealing with my request with the bank. She was very professional, prompt, very kind and friendly. I thank her very much for guiding me what and how to do.
