Highly recommend cazenove+loyd to all! We had the pleasure of working with our travel agent, Melissa Kirby, who planned our two week honeymoon in South Africa. Melissa is the best of the best! She went above and beyond to make our trip special from beginning to end. Her knowledge, insight, and organizational skills are unmatched. She made the process so easy for us and we absolutely loved every aspect of our trip including accommodations, activities, and restaurant recommendations! We felt safe and cared for along our entire journey. Plus, the caz+loyd app made all information readily accessible and easy to navigate. We couldn't have had a better experience!

Just finished our second trip to Africa with the help of Melissa Kirby at C+L. I expect Africa will continue to find its way into our travel plans and we wouldn't consider not using Melissa to help us. She has spent countless hours planning and strategizing with us in advance of our travel, providing many options and valuable insight. She knows continent well and we would never have had the experiences we have without her.

Melissa organised a spectacular trip for us to Kenya and South Africa. The sequence of safari locations was perfect, easing us into the experience, and the accommodations she recommended exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend working with her and the cazenove+loyd team.

I left everything up to Cazenove+Loyd and they didn't miss a thing. The airport guide and all the drivers were waiting for us when we needed them. The lodging was excellent and we had a wonderful trip.

Melissa from the Africa specialist team organised a fantastic trip to Zimbabwe for our honeymoon. Once we hit the ground, we didn't have to worry about anything with our itinerary, transfers, food- nothing. We just relaxed and enjoyed the trip. She even organised a special treat for us. Would definitely recommend for a seamless travel experience.

It was a great trip all around from the assistants at JNB to the places we stayed and the food we ate. All of our guides were very knowledgeable and patient with finding animals and pointing things out.

The location was outstanding, as was the hotel (facilities, staff, accommodation, food etc). It was so peaceful and we feel rejuvenated.

Serena was amazing and helped s find the perfect location for what we were looking for and any activities. Absolutely would recommend.

All plans were implemented and pulled off without any issues! As usual, I am always impressed with Cazenove Lloyd’s knowledge, Follow up, attention to details. Not a hitch in a 2 week South American trip.

Everything was well planned and went smoothly. We loved all of the activities but we did skip one of the Northern Lights’ Chase evenings since we saw the lights on our first attempt (we were not reimbursed for our cancellation and it might have been nice to know that we could not cancel for refund except 30 days prior). It was hard to stay up late (2am) and make it to a 9am activity the next morning. We LOVED every activity (snowshoeing outside of Tromso (Kattfjordeidet), Northern Lights Chase, visiting reindeer farm, cross country skiiing, dog sledding, and nighttime snowshoeing to see the Northern Lights! The Malangen resort was nice but it might have been nicer to stay closer to the reception area. Our cabin was the one farthest away from reception and there was no way to communicate with reception (how to turn down heat in cabin, how to do laundry, how to avoid cold showers) without making the walk in the snow. The staff at the Melangen were, for the most part, wonderful and helpful but there was one receptionist who was quite rude and was unwilling to help us turn down the heat in our room, investigate how to do laundry and she told us that we couldn’t cancel an activity that we did not want to do. She (dark, straight hair… not sure of name) could use some customer service training… everyone else was wonderful! It was a fantastic mother-daughter trip that we will not soon forget!

Absolutely amazing. Loved the experience from A to Z. All the guides without exception and drivers were knowledgeable, super friendly and always open and attentive to my desire. The accommodations were up to my expectations and beyond. Special attention and surprises were offered throughout the trip. This was a well curated itinerary and can’t thank you enough for that

Superbly well organised and thorough. C&L certainly understood us as a family and, as a result, managed to tailor everything to us. We had a last minute change of plans due to weather and C&L were on-hand to adapt/change our onward travel extremely quickly and without fuss.

We have never been so well looked after by any travel agency. They had outstanding knowledge of the area and the attention to detail was second to none.
Even though it was the Christmas period, they were always reachable and on hand to sort sort out any issues.

Wonderful team, genuinely great. I liked the pace which aligned with our group. We stayed in a world Heritage site that was spectacular.
