We recently returned from the most extraordinary trip to Kenya, and we cannot thank Melissa and her team enough for crafting such an exceptional experience. Melissa tailored the entire journey to our preferences, and it truly checked every box we had hoped for – from exploring the vibrant city to witnessing Kenya’s incredible wildlife, and even relaxing on stunning beaches. Every attraction and accommodation she selected exceeded our expectations, making this trip a dream come true.

From the moment we touched down at Nairobi International Airport, everything was perfect. The immigration process was seamless, and we were warmly greeted by the local staff, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. Their attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring we were comfortable and well-informed throughout.

One of the most incredible aspects of the trip was how effortless it was for us. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing – no planning, no stress. We were able to fully relax and immerse ourselves in the experience, trusting Melissa and her team completely. It’s rare to find such peace of mind on a holiday.

The transportation was smooth and luxurious at every stage. From city to city, we travelled comfortably, and the quality of our vehicles was noticeably superior to others. We truly felt well cared for.

Truly personal, tailor-made safari holiday designed specially for us by Destination Expert Melissa. She helped make our wedding anniversary celebrations an unforgettable experience.
We were really well supported from start to finish on our trip of a lifetime. She planned a brilliant itinerary for us using her knowledge of the various safari lodges in South Africa that would suit us.
Melissa and the team at Cazenove and Loyd adapted our plans at very short notice late at night when our plane from London to Johannesburg was delayed for 24 hours: meaning we would have been stranded at Johannesburg airport at 02.00am in the morning and would have missed our onward connecting flight. The team quickly and seamlessly booked us an airport hotel in Johannesburg and re-scheduled our connecting flight. It was so re-assuring that they were able to respond to a phone call at out-of-office hours.
Along the journey, as a couple of decrepit pensioners, we were very well taken care of. Melissa arranged Meet and Greet facilities at every stage and wheel-chair assistance was provided all along the journey.
We have travelled with many travel agencies over the years, but this company is, by far, the most attentive, experienced and helpful and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with them. We will definitely be asking them to tailor-make another holiday for us and we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.

The booking service and whole experience with C+L was fantastic, absolutely faultless and made very easy for us throughout. I have used various travel companies / consultants before but they are definitely the best we have worked with in terms of everything from the initial discussion of our brief, to walking through the different options, and right through the experience up to the holiday. Our consultant Auriole took the time to really understand what we wanted from our holiday and explore the different possibilities, and then having genuine first hand knowledge of the different locations / resort destinations that we discussed was able to land on the perfect holiday destination. I will definitely be reaching out for our next trip.

Excellent pre trip planning and information. Timely responses to flight changes while travelling. The trip to Antarctica was outstanding ! Everything ran like clockwork. I am using Cazenove+Loyd for my next trip to South America !
