Have ordered on two occasions. First order one of the three cameras ordered was incorrect. They quickly rectified and sent correct camera. Wanted me to return incorrect camera at my expense promising a refund - didn’t fancy that so Steph arranged own collection. Second order perfect. Good reliable company. If I’m being really picky, the delivery is a little bit slow albeit free, so no real complaint. Recommended

I didd ring cctv teck for helpline support regarding a problem to set the nvr .
the answer was send a email I did stress I was next to the nvr .No SUPPORT VERY POOR ,I SPENT £ 900 . I AM A TRADE .I will never use them again and I keep my opinion to my self about CCTVTECK.
